Thank you so much for your video. I purchased this recently and I kept looking for the instructions on how to charge it. Silly me for thinking that this was a power bank and you cleared up right away why I was having problems understanding what was going on.
@theploeg - Sorry, but I returned it immediately the day after my comment. There's probably no probability of this ever existing: a power bank with plug outlets. I misunderstood, my mistake.
