Great playthrough, but in the ransom pickup mission you should have used some snipers. I remember playing this as a kid, and was able to defeat SWAT that way.
try decreasing your desktop display resolution, to 1280 x 720 or running the game in a lower resolution. At 1920 x 1080, the negotiating window would never appear for me, until I lowered the resolution of my display resolution. Also you have to make sure not to harm anyone while negotiating & if Alvarez denies your request for food, try money or media & ask for food the next time.

Thanks, I was never that good at the Terrorist campaign, because I would usually play as SWAT before, plus the later missions would always kick my a**
how did you get them to order the food the cnt choice menu is bugged on my game and im stuck on this level
