Psilocybin mushrooms,DMT and LSD has been quite therapeutic for me.
I was diagnosed with severe depression and mental health issues, not until a friend recommended golden teachers mushroom for spiritual and mental gratification. I’ve been well ever since for about 4 years now.

DMT, LSD, and psilocybin mushrooms are truly remarkable. A few years back, I was grappling with severe depression and mental health issues, and was diagnosed with BPD. It wasn't until a friend suggested psilocybin mushrooms that things began to change for me. It was a lifesaver, and I've been completely clean for 6 years.

What ever I thought about i could fester. Long story short I had the roof of my house off and looked at meteorites fall in the room and light bulbs where just disco balls of lazers.. as someone who did meditation and psilocybin way after getting 6+ months deep into daily meditation... they're different and similar at the same time. Psychedelics seem to speed growth up though, and have a bunch of *immediate* cognitive benefits that meditation simply doesn't have (ending cycles of depression, obsessive compulsive, among other things.. potentially being able to work past anxiety's that don't quickly resolve with meditation whatsoever)

Same for me. I have the impression that the whole microdosing hype is severely overblown. For me I started microdosing because I wanted to keep the connection with the mushroom which had done so much for me. But in and of itself, microdosing feels like homeopathy to me. I dropped it, because I didn't feel at all that it improved my ability to focus or elevated by mood. Actually, it made me distracted and dizzy.

I recently did 3g of Shrooms on a chill Sunday just to have a day and dive inside of myself. I also was looking for some answers and inspiration to something I was going through with getting myself back to a healthy lifestyle. Towards the end of my trip, I looked at myself in the mirror and I felt like I was looking at a smaller, much ore athletic version of myself trapped in a small fat suit, screaming to get out. It’s been almost a month now and I’m almost down 10lbs. I have 15 more to go. But the point is, I’ve never felt more committed to living a healthy lifestyle than after I had that deep dive inward that day.
Oh.....the mountains (I live in Hawaii) outside of my house also started melting off to the side and the sky turned purple as I sat there listening to some hip hop. That was pretty awesome 😅

Psychedelics are like if you had a hidden room in your house. Like it’s been there all along, and when you find it you’re amazed by it because you’ve gone so long not knowing it was there. But it’s still just another room, doesn’t mean it’s now the best room in the house, or the right room in the house, it does the same job that every other room does. It’s just temporarily cool because it’s different, and something new. Trying psychedelics is no different from trying anything else you haven’t done before, it’s just another thing to learn, another check to add to the list of experiences that make up your life. Everything is more exciting the first time you experience it because our brains are excited the most when they’re working the hardest. And the brain is working the hardest when it’s trying to figure something unfamiliar out. I’m baked this probably makes no sense but it’s all about the bacon and the sparrows

I dream about it all the time, and I physically yearn for things like being outside of civilization, living off the lands, etc. I’ve tripped 12 times total, and almost every time, I’ve been reaffirmed that we as humans MUST be one with nature. When we add literacy we create so many problems that our animal brains can’t handle.

Halfway through the evening, once the cid kicked in, we were unstoppable and had to give the table away in the end. We were seeing and making angle shots that were beyond comprehension. Single, double bank shots etc.

I think that's true what Dennis said about overlooking things. I remember when I was a kid, the world around me looked very interesting, trees and nature shined in vibrant colours and all the lights had this rainbow effect to them, and how little sharp stones reflect the lights like they are glitter spread across the ground. But slowly as I grew up, I understood that "yeah, those rainbow effects are just a perceptional thing, they are not really there, it's just in my eyes" and that "lights reflected from glass and windows are the same, it's just from the angle I'm looking at them" etc. so I ignored them. The world started to lose its colour untill it looked gray and unexiting. But when I started to go down the road of psychedelics I suddenly started to pay attention to them again. They we're allways there, but I had overlooked and forgotten about them for years. I'm clad I focus on them again, this world is straight outta fairytales nowadays and I understand, that those rainbows and reflections are real.

I did shrooms yesterday for the first time and I didn't feel it that much. I think I needed to take more. I gave some to my friend too. I was anxious before trying them. I chewed on them, then swallowed them down with some Gatorade. They tasted like paper kind of. then we decided to smoked 2 joints. At one point I was like there's no way this is real. I legit felt like an alien on planet earth. It was the coolest thing ever. I also felt like my whole entire brain was working. It was like this weird altered conscience. After smoking 2 joints we went to the park to play basketball. I shit you not when we got there it was like basketball heaven. But what kind of killed my trip was when we started playing. Three of my other friends (I'm not that close to them) were sober and they were really trying hard and competing and shit and it just felt weird. I was dehydrated asf once we finished playing. Then me and my friend that did shrooms decided to leave. So I ended up going to my gfs house and she just starts talking shit, and well yeah, she basically killed my mushroom high but I was still in this zone of mine. And trip out dudes! Even though all that weird negativity I was getting from my girlfriend and other dip shit friends that I hardly hang out with, I had a moment of clarity and reality. I could've had a better experience, I just was excited and anxious to get my hands on some shrooms and try them. My advice would be doing them with someone you feel comfortable with, and having a clear schedule for that day. Yes, I'm at work right now typing this. I work as a security guard and it's fucking lame. I'm out in 20 lol but yeah, have fun guys and enjoy it!

I made the mistake of delving into this stuff at too young of an age and it messed with my goals and focus. I suffered a lot during my late teens and 20s from many psychological maladies. I had anxiety, depression, paranoia, and poor self-esteem. I also couldn't focus in school on my grades, lost interest in learning subjects requiring critical and logical thinking, and my grades/career prospects really fell.

Although I enjoy delving in on large dose adventures with the best of friends, microdosing provides the most bennefit in my life. Having microdosed 50+ times, I get it when Joe says his friend sensed what happened before it did. Interesting stuff. Personally psilocybin gave more reward than lsd microdosing. Much of it is noticing what you had not prior to the dose. Things come more fluid and confidence encompases the experience unlike the disolution of ego that a high dose gives. Using this for school and work has lifted much of what my mind has kept me limited to.

I had a food dehydrator and everything. If I can give advice, just do your research as theirs probably better mediums made for it these days than ground rice flour and crushed mica which I think I used. Best advice is to follow the steps of sterilization perfectly and keep area sanitized with Lysol spray or something. Mold is your enemy and will ruin it as the mycelium grows. Like anything just read a book or website on how to do it.

Later into the day I ate about another 2 grams and went to the beach with some friends to watch the sunset, although we missed it by just a few minutes it was still really nice.. floating in the salt water with little to no audio because of the water in your ears is one of the most blissful experiences I have ever had, I must've floated for a good 5 mins that felt like 30. What shrooms do they destroy fear. Without fear your empathy is enchanced and you feel better other person. Same thing you can do with intense meditation, but when you hit plateu take shrooms and go beyond, I have problem cos people use them like idiots, they throw away major way of evolution. Meditate, then meditate on shrooms. Just think on shrooms and you will see profound effects..

Rex Erection - Just understand that there is a transcendental self that is immune to, untouched by, others' opinion of you. You can get there through meditation. Just go for "optimal" and not for "approval". If you go for "approval", you are a slave of the person you are seeking approval from; if you go for optimal in every situation, you will do better and the approval will follow, be a biproduct, and even if you don't get the approval of certain people, you won't care anymore as you keep improving.
Often people don't want you to improve and move beyond their control and make them look bad.
Leave all that behind. Work on being the best you can and you will leave some people behind and encounter new people more attuned to and appreciative of your new wavelengths. Set goals, work towards them with discipline and forget if others approve of that or not. Your independent spirit will win admiration. Though others will try to drag you down, they will eventually come around. And if they don't, just ignore it and carry on to your goals, to the person you want to become. In the process, you already are the person you want to be. Free.

Rex Erection - Raise you kundalini - look it up on RUclips. Identify with something beyond your Self. Get in good physical shape. Raise testosterone levels. Eat healthy. Sleep well. Enjoy the world, existence, even if nobody likes you. Once you exude joy and peace and love, people will come around. It's up to you. You have to do it. Start with some RUclips videos on how to meditate and how to do yoga and see what resonates with you. Then actually do it. Every day. Something you can do every day. 15 minutes a day. Cheers!

Am I the only one who doesent get some profound visions or life changing thoughts? I’ve taken shrooms many time with many different amounts and every time I just get high? It’s super awesome n makes you feel great and connected with nature but I never feel like the mushrooms changed me? Like at all, they are just a really fun time and experience but I don’t get when people say they change your thoughts or anything, although I do think I might have an overly aware mind as I never feel particularly “high” from drugs or whatever like I can always snap out of it and be sober if I need to, mushrooms don’t quite let me do that, escpecially when I did 8 grams (never again) but then it wares off and I seem to go back to normal, idk I rly just think my consciousness is too strong or aware or idk I just can’t get sucked away or mind altered from drugs I can feel high and it’s great but I’m always there I’m always aware I always know I’m doing drugs, who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

I use it to treat my severe bipolar depression, ptsd, anxiety ect... I use them in small doses as needed. Which because of how well they work, isn't very often at all.. like maybe once or twice in a month for two three months and I'm good for the rest of the year..( and that's during a stressful time, on a non stressful year, maybe one time is sufficient in a whole year) it helps your brain adjust itself. Pills over compensate and are a guess and see what works for you type of theory.. which can cause a lot of havoc in your mind, body and life as you search for the drug cocktail that works with you (no mentioning the side effects). Often the nervous system reacts to the medications causing the nerves and brain chemicals to fluctuate even more. A spike and crash affect can occur as well as suppression to over reaction events that involve moods, physical discomfort, agitation to lethargy, ect.. swinging on a pendulum... The brain will then come to depend on the medications, causing it to lose its own natural ability to regulate itself.. not so with mushrooms.. mushrooms almost like a defibrillator.. as you take it and it aids your brain into readjusting itself to function properly. Leaving you safe and less likely to need more. Whereas most pills are very unsafe to be put on or especially to be taken off again.. toxicity and dependancy. So I fully believe in using it as a medicine and fully support it becoming legal for medicinal purposes.

I had a long talk with someone who had a long experience of taking Magic mushrooms. The reason why people get more hesitant to take mushrooms when they get older , is because they DO change you . They erode old thought patterns and old life lessons. He said as you get older , you Like the person that you are more and you don't want to be changed. He said also that it changes your conclusions sometimes in a bad way . It can make you question your previous life lessons and make you take those lessons again. For example if there is someone who is toxic you have learnt to avoid, that lesson will be dissolved so you will go on getting contact with them again because the mushrooms make you not trust what you learnt before.
