Hey, megatrend007. I have a badminton channel in Korea and I love badminton. Thank you for your wonderful video. I like it so much. I would like to show this video to Koreans. May I use your video, plz?
It depends on who you're up against. they themselves know best of how to strategize their game. Bear in mind you're given split second to think of what shot you're gonna play next even at their level. So its not entirely easy to do what you've mentioned.
Hi megatrend007! Thank you for uploading this video, it's a great angle! :) Can we please edit your video and post it in our channel? We will credit you as our source and leave a link to your channel wherever possible (video description, end screen, cards). Is this okay? Thank you!
I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but if you mean how they both always recover to the center of the court after playing a shot, the answer is simple: it is the most advantageous position to be in in singles, because a good player can return a shuttle placed almost anywhere on the court if they start in the center.
If you are playing doubles that may be the case because your partner should cover the back of the court and you would want to be aggressive against any short return. In singles, however, you have to cover the entire court. The best position to do this from is just around behind the "T" formed at the front of the service box (where you see most singles players serving from). If you watch most top singles players, they stay in position after serving until their opponent hits the shuttle.
24:45 Taufik used 12 backhands (mostly offensive shots) in that rally OMG and 24:55 Taufik was literally hopping on the court -.- thumbs up for the great rally!!!!! And great defence from Chong Wei !
While these guys are both obviously both extrememly competent playes why do they always follow the same pattern of play (moving forwards and back?) If I was at this level I would totally change my game plan up!
I would add a bit of an element of surprise to the game and just "go with the flow" really. You hear talk of runners being in the "zone". Well I think the same can be said for badminton players. Everything slows down, you are calm under pressure and you have all the time in the world to hit that shuttle-cock back. Effortless action it's called. Think about it. Yeah?
I doubt he even has those kind of intentions. If your gonna call him a hypocrite you shouldn't have even clicked on this video if you were gonna bash on him. Besides its for charity, i'm sure he do has his concerns for the Japanese victims. Its unfair for you to say that about LCW.
My post has nothing to do with the Japanese people who unfortunately fell victim to the unprecedented tsunami. All i saying is does Lee Chong Wei hold this charity drive out of his pure sincerity or actually he is motivated by this opportunity to gain publicity. If he didn't beat Lin Dan and win the All England, will he put himself into this scenario ?It is an obvious no in my opinion so I suspect he is just putting a stunt show to boost his reputation, he doesnt really care about the victims
hehe fake chong wei would end it at his score at 21 in the 1st set not play with taufik and taufik would have dropped the shuttle already not give it to him
lcw is better .. and i hv to say this uploader is too naive, i duno whether he is malaysian or indon or chinese, but isit young then sure win? hehe go lcw
What a hypocrite Lee Chong Wei ? I doubt you would organise an exhibition hall should you get defeated by Lin Dan in the All England...your true intention is to raise your profile and gain publicity by performing this charitable act. konon I question your concern for the Japanese lives that were lost in the earthquake.
Continued which i believe is a big sin to exploit other people's plight for your own political gain. That shows how imperfect and flawed LCW is in my opinion. As corrupted player, a political stooge who licked politicians shoes in order to achieve fame and wealth, i don't support this kind of doing. He got punished eventually by Lin Dan later in the World Championship in London.
lee chong wei (legend of jump smash) 8:14 and taufik hidayat (mr. backhand) 12:35

when did this match happen?
After the tsunami :c
I was always told to stay at the front after serving to be ready at the net for any short returns or low net shots.
i like taufiq more eventhough im malaysian.. not because of his skin color or backhand technique or height.. but his shoe.
先不論球技,我覺得他們兩個的衣服都好好看@@...
24:45 Taufik used 12 backhands (mostly offensive shots) in that rally OMG and 24:55 Taufik was literally hopping on the court -.- thumbs up for the great rally!!!!!
