If it's a long haul flight then I can't think of any other carrier besides Air India. The leg room on their 777s and 787s is awesome. Food and service is really good too. When I mean service I'm talking about basic features of serving and clearing. Sitting on your butts and ringing the call bell for your wants is something you do at a restaurant and not on a plane, unless you're travelling J or F class.
I’ve been in the business class. The best thing is the amenity bag. It has some interesting smells and can be used as a room freshener with out the stupid plug in the wall thing that can’t put out a smell unless you get really close to it

Travelled Air India flight from Delhi to San Francisco on 15.06.19. The plight was horrible. It misplaced 200 luggage. I lost 2 luggage contai ing important medicine. 3 days have pseed nobody is attending phone and no information about recovery of luggage. In great trouble with health problem.
