But you cannot sell aircraft unless you are equal partner in that program. The way cac and pac are equal partners of jf17 program or spain itly uk and germany are partners in eurofighter program.
Both cac and pac equally funded jf17 program and cost of program is cut 50/50 hence both have manufacturing and selling rights.
Its affordable and no western country will sale to them.. Russian fightere are expensive for them also Russia is in between war so the only option left is Jhatu Fighter..
