I Restored a 1799 Colonial oceanside home in Lubec, Maine 15 years ago and lived there till my wife passed away . We went without power many times during the brutal winters, but with our old hearth fireplace and a wood stove we had the nicest safe and comfortable home that was small and embracing. Like the home was showing it's love back to us by protecting us. I Moved to Virginia and bought a new house but it's not the same. I'm lost in it even though i am making it more ....Liveable.

It is much cheaper than buying new items most of the times. I was very blessed to manage to buy so many things at very good prices. Watching these beautiful videos always pushes my thoughts way beyond my norm, and I find myself dreaming of the limitless possibilities life offers us. In particular, I wonder if every one of us here who treasure everything about this channel all met together, would we discover that despite all our many differences, we were actually kindred spirits? And would we come to understand that all the things that push us apart are what’s desperately wrong with the world? And could we use that concept to spread peace and unity instead of hatred and war? Watching these beautiful videos always pushes my thoughts way beyond my norm, and I find myself dreaming of the limitless possibilities life offers us. In particular, I wonder if every one of us here who treasure everything about this channel all met together, would we discover that despite all our many differences, we were actually kindred spirits? And would we come to understand that all the things that push us apart are what’s desperately wrong with the world? And could we use that concept to spread peace and unity instead of hatred and war? I know…as I’ve grown older, I’ve begun to question the status quo. I know we are more alike than different, and that makes me question everything and dream of possibilities! Although it’s almost Easter for us here in the States, the Christmas vibe in your video is a wonderful reminder that our Savior came as a babe and then offered up His life for us all. May this year be a blessed one for you and your loved ones. Your home feels like our home as well when you share it with us. What a privilege to be part of your journey! And how wonderful it is to know you are Romanian like me. It’s always nice to be reminded of my heritage and of all the customs and traditions I grew up with as a child.
