By reducing each chip/PA use to once per DSA to remove extending the duration or breaking the game along with the e-reader. Even though the e-reader is long gone, this type of DSA playstyle can still be done in any gba version, just requires alot of time devotion to make sure it's perfected.
Starting from MB6 dark Mega man mechanic was removed because dark chips were destroyed in end of MB5. Instead it replaced with Cybeast a rage and powerful bug sleep deep in cyberworld

Including the chips needed for big noise and wild bird PA. Also, by inserting my GBA cartridge into my DS lite. I can transfer my entire folder over to my DS version of the game and have the folder as a bonus folder....

@@kaeru7655 late comment but the way the spam works is its the TOTAL number of dark chips youve used in the entire game up until that point, not just in that specific battle. meaning, if youve only used 3 dark thunders across the entire story up until that fight when dark soul was used, then dark soul can only use 3 dark thunders in battle. but what Midnite did was hack his game in order to spam dark chips since the tutorial. so by the time he had reached these end game bosses, he had used dozens upon dozens of dark chips (big noise and dark thunder specifically) giving dark soul unfathomable spamming power.
When you realize that if the Dark ending was actually canon in the Battle Network series...Things would have been FAR different in 5 and 6. Since Megaman's soul was consumed by the Dark Chip, he ran amok...and Lan followed him down that dark road...hurting his friends...his family...his own world would be turned upside down as he became the very thing him and Megaman wanted to stop: a villain...a *monster.* Yet Lan was powerless to stop it. Because without his friends to help him, he was a slave to the power. (Can you imagine if someone made a fangame of BN where Lan and Hub ended up becoming the bad guys because of the Dark Chip?)
i really dont like using dark megaman mostly because of the 1 hp loss, and theres no guarntee that one of the 3 dark chips will show up, and if it doesnt and youve used it alot your screwed
@@lafbkhope5391 I had no real idea how Dark Megaman worked in BN4, I just used the Dark Chips for kicks and dealt with the HP loss with HP+100. I was VERY surprised when Protoman suddenly went from kicking my ass because I swear he was reading my input and blocking everything to being the one curbstomped. That convinced me to learn how to use DarkSoul properly.
If this is at all like 4's Dark Soul, when Megaman should be killed, he can instead hang on with 1HP like if you had an UnderShirt on a would-be-killing blow, and then the Dark Soul AI takes over to move and use chips. All you can do at that time is use the chips you selected with your own timing to assist the AI, but as a trade-off DarkSoul Megaman is invincible until you're back in control. DarkInvis seems to re-activate the AI control. The one drawback is that you can't use the Boktai battlechips when you're Dark, they just puff like an incorrectly used Attack+ chip. At least, in 4.

In BN4, evil chips that are attempted to be used poof out but still count as being a used chip and MegaMan DS can use it. Is it the same for BN5(With dark chips also disappearing if Light Karma Mega uses it in PVP)?
Xanaguy The Legend DarkInvisible had a programmed bug and some of the attacks locked. And since I have copied the chip and the replaced the other there wasn't any locked attacks and bug. Kinda hard to explain but in short you can't copy the bugs and locks along with the chip. You will get the chip itself.
Dark Megaman is a mechanic of Battle Network 4 and 5. Using dark chips makes him turn into dark form. If you "die" while dark, you instead become invincible for a while, but you lose control of Megaman. The game will have him instead randomly attack with the most common battle chips you have used on the save file. But, if you have only used a few chips, dark Megaman will spam them, as the video shows.
Isnt better to just use Shadowman chaosunion? What about only using DarkCirc/Area Grab/ Big Noise, would that be a good combo for the dark soul? Can this exploit be used on mmbn4?
Eh. Dark Thunder works better because it deals a nice damage, follows the enemy and paralyzes them. Dark CircleGun causes flinching and it prevents it to deal that insane damage spam.

Reynald San Ramon It's not hacked. Dark MegaMan spams the chips you have used. You must only use Dark Thunder and Big Noise if you want him to only spam these 2 chips.
I called it hack because of the Nebula Gray fight. Normally, you can't activate Dark Invis or any dark chips even being a Dark Rockman user because it will turn into smoke. (Unless you know the only way to activate those dark chips, ChaosUnison.)

+RinuxGaming Those were the only chips I used from tutorial up to that point of the game where I was able to hack in the fights. This is easier to do if you use Mod Cards chargeshot like BassCross or something, since they do not count toward chip count and do good damage.
Static behaves similar to Tornado, but won't suck up a panel off the ground for extra damage, instead its range expands based on how many Bugs MegaMan is suffering, this includes both NaviCust bugs and ones inflicted by enemy chips or DarkChips, in BN5 its also Evil locked, so you must have tainted or worse Karma, and it paralyzes targets who have Super Armor, in BN6 it has neither of those behaviors, and just expands based on bug count
Eh, I was more a sol chipfolder user on both ds and gba. It was just more fun for me. Plus the one time my buddy pvped me his dark folder got demolished by my light. (Im very heavy on defense &prog. Advance)
Anderi Kurniawan If you turn into DarkSoul you'll be invinsible. For example, if your enemy use Dark battlechip,they will turn DarkMega,but when they got hit,their health will go down 1 and turns into Dark Soul and invinsible.the only way to defeat it is use a battle chip / Program Advance that would delete them. Program Advance Pile Driver may works against DarkSoul.

4 months but ignore dark chips and you should be fine after several battles, do not use evil power anymore.

can someone wxplain to me why megaman not damaged by nebula grey's attack when his HP reduce to 1 ???
Anderi Kurniawan If you turn into DarkSoul you'll be invinsible. For example, if your enemy use Dark battlechip,they will turn DarkMega,but when they got hit,their health will go down 1 and turns into Dark Soul and invinsible.the only way to defeat it is use a battle chip / Program Advance that would delete them.
Program Advance Pile Driver may works against DarkSoul.
