  • Last week the Federal Trade Commission issued a sweeping ruling that would ban companies from using noncompete clauses in employment contracts almost across the board. Noncompete clauses are put in contracts to keep employees who leave from working for competitors or starting their own competing company.

    Does this apply to union worker's contracts like the IBEW has?

    It should’ve never been allowed in contracts in the first place.
