The feature is no longer available. Instead, you can use negative distances to invert the offsetting. (Also, note that this component is from Pufferfish, not a native component.)
When u uses minimum in the beginning to control the slope is there a way to use 3 different minimum values for the points? Meaning each point get a different slope/minimum value?
Hi, i have followed this till the end, however i need to 3D print this, please show me how we can join the shape together because the 3D printer shows the error as model not joint. I have tried many different methods of joining this but i am unable to. I tired solid union but it just says Boolean Union is empty. Need your help please
Hi, thanks for tutorial, I try to make it but when I use offset surface B doesn't have invert!! C has it! So I can't cover under the work, how can I fix this?
Hey, make sure ur using updated version of pufferfish offset surface , then connect the number slider to both "D" and "B" input after that right click on B input then click expression after that add -x
I started of with a circle instead of a rectangle, the issue I'm facing is in the "Surafce to Points" command it shows a error "A point of the grid is null. Fitting operation aborted". any idea how can I work around this?
@@peacewarrior9100 Simply connect untrim surface and follow the tutorial finally u can separate the geometry that outside ur circle by "CurveCp" or u can trim out if u want sharp edge.
This video just saved my ass with my thesis.
It’s a a very well composed video and very precise. Thanks a lot for it.
Thanks very much!
Cool as always bro!

How can I possibly extrude this boxes to where z=0? Thanks
In you video Parametric Pavilion Design Grasshopper surface It can be combined with this skin?
yeah possible
Thank you sir!
Can you just tell me why do you do expressions like (x, x-1,x+1) . Can i know the resaon behind it.
when u divide a curve into x parts u will get x+1 no of points (the same principle when u divide surface )
Hey great videos!!! You rock. I have got just a small issue with Surface From Points -The UCount is not valid for this amount of points
Solved!
