Just found your channel. I was sceptical about the first apartment being converted into a 6 bedroom multi-let until I saw upstairs (separate shower/bath/toilet upstairs). Wow this is the perfect size. Not phased by the renovation work cos I'm in the construction industry. I need to get my finances in order cos this is amazing. Thanks so much for sharing...
Thank you Mandla, they get uploaded to our investRand platform which gets shared to our 10,000+ investor community, and we are always looking for great deals. If you have any, do send them to info@investrand.co.za
Unfortunately these are sold as they move too fast due to price and returns. However, book a call with us so we can see how to assist you best here: www.investrand.co.za/book-online - Alternatively, you can go on our platform and see if you find a fit for your portfolio
I love how the even the old architectural design buildings in Pretoria are still intact and kept clean unlike in Hillbrow which has a lot of dilapitated buildings.
Great observation lebogang. There are great pros and cons of both innercities. one just have to find the property that aligns with their investment objectives.
I see this is a year old already, funny enough i have never heard anyone speaking this good about Spruitsig Park, am an agent in the city. The agency i work for recently got a management contract for Spruitsig Park so yea we are the managing agents and we have few Properties in the market, going from R250 000
The first building tembotie would be a horrible investment due to property hijackings Every type of crime take place in those buildings …horribly maintained and drug infested
Too much repetition, should have shown a property that has been upgraded. Tambotie is a high risk complex and is practically a slum, drug infested that family people dont want to stay in.
PTA CBD is an absolute headache for any type of investment, from drug lords, hijackings, tenants squatting etc etc. I would not advise anyone to invest here, unless you want to be a slum lord dealing with headaches, sure you can make money if you know how to deal non-legally with nefarious tenants then sure, you can make some money, but if you are a normal person I'd rather get an apartment/townhouse at double the price with no headache.

You have to work on the credit score to at least 650. Try using debtbuddy.co.za/, they’ll help you on fixing it.
Thank you Sir.

Thanks for the video, is there a listing of such properties?
Hi KC, yes, you can find the properties here: bit.ly/investrandplatform
drop the background music. too loud and distracting
Really interesting could you break down the numbers of those two properties on paper and also how to prevent the tenants from trashing the place?
I'm very interested my brother, are they still available? first time c this

Great content. However, constructive criticism: Try talking less because you're repetitive and it makes the video unnecessarily long.
Thanks for feedback Kabelo. We will take it into account in the future videos.
