I only charge it during the night when I’m sleeping and I’m very happy with that! With normal use I finish the day with 60+ % battery
Charging has never been an issue for me, my iphone lasts all day no probelm and i charge it with 5 watts at night. If i would have needed more, iphone gets from 0-50% in 30 min so thats not a problem really.

I'd recommend using a 12w iPad charger. Good middle ground between charging speed and keeping your battery health relatively high.
