This was truly an incredible experience. I had so many emotions stuck in me and during this yoga, I kept crying as I was releasing everything that I was holding inside. Thank you so much. I'll be looking forward to your other videos.

Thank you so much, I did have to modify in some arm circles as I’m 3 months post surgery from my 4th breast reconstruction. I’m an ex gymnast and not a quitter and I loved how you reminded me of that. I am strong, not a quitter and can look within to my heart anytime I need to feel my power. 🙏🏻

Hello was it the benefits of having the kundalini active ? to not having it activated ? I had my awakening in 2017, and only go to a few a classes a year and only do the DhyaanGuru Dr. Nipun Aggarwal kundalini mediations once in a while I always feel good after both. thanks peace and love.

Hey, Gloria, i am 42 years old cigarete addict. but two days before i ran 11km, pretty sharply, there was even kilometer long uphill. Without training, if i don't count that i was a high school runner. And it was easy. No problems with breath... But this.... I just had a workout watching your video.... I could not breathe in some positions.... But i did it to the end. This was much more exosting to me than 11km run.... I could apply your advice while running. it's not much about muscles, but about breath. There are some poses here that makes my breath difficult. But it's much easier when you push your chest forwar. ... I think i can't do this much often. but i can run. I am getting back to the shape

Every addictive substance, from sugar, to alcohol to internet addiction, stimulates the pituitary gland, the master gland of your body. Yoga and meditation improves the communication between your pineal gland, the seat of your soul, and your pituitary gland. And when that communication is improved, when it functions optimally, that's when you can begin the process of self-control, which means you gain the ability to live by the direction of your soul and not be contolled by these impulses. What's most important is developing a daily practice, even if it's as little as a few minutes a day.
