Here's a step by step guide to migrating your WordPress website to new hosting, or from localhost to remote hosting.
You will need an FTP program like FileZilla.
Your steps may differ from mine slightly depending on the host that you use, but you should be able to find the equivalent places in your host admin panel.
    1. 1:30 Download your entire site to your computer
    2. 2:10 Upload your entire site to your new hosting
    3. 3:35 Create a new database and user on your new hosting
    4. 5:10 Export your old/current database
    5. 5:53 Import your database into your new database on your new hosting
    6. 7:18 Edit your new wp-config file to connect to your new database
    7. 8:40 Edit the site options table to reflect your new URL
    8. 9:27 View your site, make sure it's working
    9. 10:02 Log into your new url's WordPress admin
    10. 10:18 Install "Better Search & Replace" plugin
    11. 11:00 Replace your old url with your new url in all tables
    12. 13:02 Ensure media uploads are working
    13. Re-enable plugins if you need to
    14. Go to Settings - Permalinks and hit save
