For traveling to KL from Changi after a brief stay in Singapore, as an Indian will I face any issue with the Visa on Arrival at the airport (for land transport, I heard there are some complications in VoA for Indians concerning checkpoints, e.g, Woodland checkpoint does not entertain VoA, but Tvas one does. Is there any sort of thing for flight transport also? Or is it easy in the airport VoA process (in that case I would choose flight over the bus for this Singapore to Malaysia travel to eliminate all the doubts) Also, for filling up the MDAC, the Last Port of Embarkation before Malaysia I am assuming would be Singapore and the Flight/Vessel/Number would be the flight number of the Singapore to Malaysia flight. Please confirm.

Also clearing immigration in Singapore needs proof of exiting Singapore, they does not care if you are going to India, Malaysia or any other country from Singapore, they just need a proof that you will leave their country in given time.

Bhaiya Singapore is expensive as compared to Malaysia. To I would recommend you to only travel Malaysia as you will get options in every price range from budget trip to luxury trip. Still you can cover Singapore in 85k per person but you first you have to search cheap hotels, as Hotels are very expensive in Singapore.

And baggage clear & flight change karne ke liye apko immigration clear karna padega & obviously immigration clear karne ke liye apko visa chaiye. This means you have to fill MDAC twice in this period
