I bought a little 10-acre farm in Iowa for hunting. In this video, I share with you what my new 10-acre farm looks like and how I will be setting up on the deer.
Thanks brother. Let me know when you want to meet up for a bow hunt somewhere. Thanks for stopping by. I watched the your trout pond video the other day you guys dug out deeper. Pretty neat to see. Thanks for sharing. God bless ya.

Congrats on your new property Sean I hope it brings you many years of happiness. Looking forward to Future vids from your new parcel. I'm also right in the middle of purchasing 33 acres of my own in Western NY. Hopefully I close before Oct 1 opening day round here. God Bless you brother. Much deserved
This is awesome. All the times i know you've wanted to develop the places you hunt further and now you can do whatever you want and your deer will hopefully not leave the property so you can manage the population and keep the big bucks.
Me too, just found the channel and I've already watched 17 of the videos for the giveaway alone and some of the bow review ones 3 times. Trying to decide which bow I want and these vids make it so much easier.
Congratulations brother....so proud of you and glad to see you were blessed with this piece of land...looks like you will have plenty of meat for the freezer this year...thank you for everything...so proud of you (I can go on all day)....God bless you and your family!!!
Congratulations Sean! Looks like you have something that will bring you years worth of good hunting. I'm very happy to see a property like that going to a very well deserved man. I believe the good Lord was smiling down on you when he guided you to that piece of land.
Congratulations Sean on your new piece of land!!! Good luck for all your future hunts, not like you need it lol anyway good luck and congratulations again.
Congratulations on the awesome property in Iowa, every deer hunters dream state to hunt. I’ll definitely be watching to see if you get any good pics, I bet there is some monsters in there. Hope you get a good one.
Definitely, want to see some trail camera pictures when you get them. It will be interesting to see how different it looks late season when the vegetation dies down.
Looking forward to your hunts on your property. Very awesome! Congratulations on your purchase. I hope to do the same thing in Indiana in the next couple of years

@@seansoutdoors Lol, you can also use a tractor.... raise the deck up on the highest setting and go to work, then you can place a blind off of the cut path you had, grantee you see some action on the path... this is the same technique I use on my Uncle's property that it extremely thick with brush

Nice . I did the same thing and it’s great . Can’t lose with land either. The other guys with open fields use the towers . Some of them are cozy ! Check the valleys on open land . They go everywhere but usually come out the same spot every evening . They’re watching you as you made the vid . You probably walked right by them . Congrats on your new purchase. I would be in a full bug suit walking in those tall weeks. Chiggers would eat me alive not to mention ticks. Good luck on your hunting plan Sean! Blessings
Love your new property. i want to find me a piece to buy. Only hunting WMA in South Louisiana. First time hunting in 20 years. Stalked a doe last Tuesday. 36 yards, She ran 70 yards and passed in less than 15 minutes.
@@seansoutdoors you have come along way with Iowa waiting hoping for tags drawn and now you have land there. Congratulations. I'm sure you will get a many big bucks off the property.
Sometimes removing batteries and re-installing can correct issue with reading card. Frustrating. This small property you'll have to tiptoe in, and tiptoe out. No slammin car doors. One place I hunt has not been farmed last two years. They bushhog each Spring and leave it. Weeds grow four to seven feet high by late summer and provide awesome bedding thru late November or later if snow holds off. Been hunting it for five years, and since weeds allowed to grow and provide cover, got more trophy buck trail cam pics this year than ever before. Cover, food, and water. You have it all. Just have to plan approaches and exits so deer don't know you're around. You may want to invest in some of the cellular trail cams so you don't announce yourself checking them. I run five regular cameras, but considering getting one or two so as not to disturb everything checking them. Congratulations on your land!!

lease out the land during the crop season, just ask them to harvest yours first then you can make a little money and feed the deer at the same time.
