What we have learned from Marblr:
Jiggle-peak high-noon to cause it to miss because it doesn’t favor the shooter… but that might also inadvertently cause a 99,999 damage bullet to one tap your nanoed and sound-barriered primal rage winston as he comes in to disrupt the ultimate
Man, can you imagine the rage if you came around a corner only to catch a 99,999 damage bullet that wasn't even meant for you

Insane that they immediately patched the bugs that make High Noon good, but left literally all the ones that make it bad.
I think Marblr said something about it being two different kind of fixes, and these two happened to be very easy and hot fixable. Don't quote me on that though
They've also patched the one where the skull would show despite not being able to kill the target because of misleading LOS
The "beeping" in the video is the song that Marblr added, "Dr. Bad Boon's Base" from Super Monkey Ball 2.

So… this bug is fixed next week, but the bug where Cassidy ult doesn’t hit people isn’t… who’s surprised.
tbf i think this is a little easier to fix than the other issue. this isn't too complicated

Have to say I was playing tank a day or two ago and I could not understand how Cassidy killed me with dead-eye... starting to wonder this scenario was the reason - regardless of whether the Cassidy at the time knew it.
Damn every questionable dead eye kill where Im instant destroyed from odd vertical angles or after peaking now just make so much more sense.
I love how this bug took them almost no time to snipe down but god forbid they fix his ultimate to actually hit lmao
the worst part of it is that the bug was discovered less than 2 month ago but it was discoved that it missed for at least the end of ow1

Ultimate being able to do 99,999 damage in a single shot, but it only hits 2% of the time. Seems fair.

Believe it or not (coming from a cassidy main) his ultimate was actually better during this bug (that they fixed) because the sooner you charged up, the less time they had to round a corner or get behind cover and bait out your ultimate shots.
I truly think it's ironic that this became a priority to be fixed but not how bad the ultimate is itself, yeah it has bad charge time, whatever. However, it hits no-regs with any character animation and sometimes shoots at walls. So for them to fix this and not the ultimate is rather funny in my opinion since the bug made it better for a short amount of time.
I had a game recently where I was Ana, and somehow I ended up with 5mil mitigation from a single nano. I have no idea what kind of bug took place but now my career stats look insane

It has to do with dva ulting after nano and die before it explodes/nano expires
you can also mitgate damage with bastion and hog, since they all have an ability that reduce the damage taken, technically you are mitigating part of the damage

So in theory you could kill any target within 2 seconds of them being visible at any hp amount (past the first two seconds) terrifying
i actually really like this, reminds me of smash melee in its complexity and how it’s actually useable

Deadeye has been broken for so long an we are still finding more and more ways it's broken. We get nothing for Deadeye. It's ridiculous. They haven't even acknowledged how broken it is. So I doubt we'll get anything substantial for a while.

That "beeping" is a sound effect that plays during deadeye, it's a clock
It's actually the music. It's Super Monkey Ball 2 World 10 music. It has jingle sfx in the song.

This bug will be patched with start of Season 4. It's already in the patch notes.

Sad that this bug was patched, given the fact that it's inconsistent to landing on targets, and to top it off, rare for it to even have the OPPORTUNITY to even effectively use this bug in real time.

I disagree that a fully charged up deadeye shouldn't kill an ulting Ramatra, a highly vulnerable ult like Cassidy's should have a big payoff even against another ult with a lot less vulnerability like Ramatra's, including deleting them.

If someone is curios the maximum dmg is the integer limit, which I would assume is 2147483647 which is about 2k bugged deadeyes :)

I get bugs in video games happen. But as a software developer, the logically flaws that appear to be rampant throughout the source code in this game is just straight up hilarious. Dead Eye is not the only bug caused by apparent logically flaws

@@Hietakissa If you have your sensitivity on max the entire game which makes it incredibly difficult to control and yet even then you still can’t go as fast as someone on pc. Best chance a console player has at replicating that is by setting the whole controller down to spam the stick which shocker makes you unable to to ANYTHING else
