I love this place. It’s the only kalahari ive been too but it’s my favorite indoor water pair I’ve been too. It has a great lineup of waterslides. It throws ever other nearby indoor waterpark out the window. There’s actually a few like great wolf lodge, camelbacks aquatopia, and split rock. There’s also camelbeach but that’s outdoor. I didn’t watch the video yet but I just wanted to share how much I love kalahari.
@@Ryanmel21 I made another visit on a weekday and half the slides were again closed. I had a much better experience at Aquatopia where everything was open.
I've been to the waterpark twice, both with very different experiences. The first time I stayed at the resort for two nights for my twelfth birthday in 2019, and I loved it. The waterpark was crowded being on Columbus day weekend, but we were able to ride everything in five hours (we arrived at opening). My group also enjoyed the amenities of the resort, with the arcade, Lazer tag, glow golf, and candlepin being a lot of fun. The resort offers a lot of good dining locations too, we loved our two bedroom suite, and I was eager to visit again. Earlier this year I visited on fourth of July weekend, and my experience was different. I was in town for my sister's dance competition at the resort, and we decided to buy night tickets for the park. We were able to ride everything in three hours, and I unfortunately didn't feel the need to come again. Anaconda was more disappointing than before, and while I got to ride Kenya corkscrew for the first time and loved it, the most fun ride at the park in my opinion (Victoria falls) was closed. Anaconda is a rather lackluster water coaster, and not even in my top three at the park. Also, despite one visit being post covid, the waterpark felt the same as before. The best waterslides at the park are any of the family raft slides at night (barreling baboon in particular) as the slides are very dark/pitch black. To really enjoy the waterpark I think you need to stay at the resort which was likely the reason the latter visit was far superior to my most recent visit. However, either way the resort is very expensive. I love this park, but I probably won't be back for a while

The park is huge and it's a great mix of thrill slides, medium length slides and a kiddie area. Regarding the later, we may take our now two year old back this winter and I know that she'll have a blast on the kiddie slides.
Anaconda sounds like a fun ride. It may be one of the weaker WaterCoasters but I would think it’s still better than 90% to 95% of waterslides. Did Anaconda even have a tiny pop of airtime anywhere? Also is Anaconda your favorite waterslide at Kalahari Poconos? Also do you think you could make a review on Anaconda as well as the Master Blaster At Kalahari Wisconsin Dells? Also I would like to see a review on Storm Chaser at Aquatopia.

Looks awesome but the Great Wolf Lodge nearby seems more worth it to me, just by overall comfort, pricing, and crew availability. This park though does shock me having 3 thrilling slides with mini funnels, a big funnel, and the halfpipe. Very interesting. Still, you got coyote cannon and double barrel drop at great wolf lodge and the howlin' tornado over here in Fitchburg. So Kalahari definetely does compete with the GWL, but GWL wins for me because like I said the prices and stuff.
