The Corolla Wild Horse Fund announced on Tuesday the herd's newest foal, a filly named Elsa, had to be humanely euthanized.

So a horse pass it makes the news a human found hanging from a tree yesterday in Portsmouth and they keep it a secret over in the woods by victory crossing in Portsmouth VA

Do people really believe this wasn't intentional? They got money from people and what better way to get more money than to make it appear like the horses are crazy.
