In honor of the fourth anniversary pjsk released solo full covers of certain songs for each characters to be viewed for a limited time on their yt channel. Other examples would be akito moonlight, shizuku hug, kande samsa, etc. if this was a leaked alt it would be game size, not the whole ~4 mins
All of the alts were supposed to be of those already in the game, but they accidentally released CPDB's Rui alt even though it wasn't in the game (yet), hence why it was immediately taken down in the first place.
I think you got it wrong, it wasn't the fandom's fault, Sega was the one who accidentally leaked it. All the songs that were choosen for the 4 anniversary thing already had an alt version ingame, Cyber punk Dead Boy didn't, that's why they replaced it with Showtime Ruler
