Well its suggested hes still a volatile by night, my theory is the experiments basically allow him to control himself more at night while also allowing him to look normal by day

We need DL1 Physics, Gore, Ragdolls, and DL2 Parkour skills.
Most importantly they should hire Pawel Blaszczak again for The beast..
DL1 had such an nice atmosphere.

All I want is for the colorful icons from 2 to disappear. 2 felt like a modern ubisoft game. 1 was very minimal and yet it still felt stylized.
Keep DL2 human combat. Blocking should’ve always been a thing if other humans can do it

To me it seems like Techland expanded on The Beast because of the community input on DL2, they now know what we want, and I believe they will make it as redemption for the shortcomings of DL2, cant wait

Hope it’s more like dying light 1 and the following. That game was so amazing for me. The second one was amazing but couldn’t compare for me.
I’m hoping they don’t abandon Dying Light 2 even though I think this new game is a wonderful idea. I also hope they keep the dialogue choices.
Dialogue choices are sadly what ruined the story of 2. They need to keep it a little more static and force the narrative imo
Dying light suck. We need reboot. Dying light continuation the beast. And the mother prophecy Kyle is the cure
@@centristamerican7845 the dialogue choices only actually changed the path of the game at key sections but it made the world feel more alive when you have some control over the plot or learning new information about the world and characters imo.
@triela7502 the dialogue choices weren't impactful or really game changing save for a few specific ones, though. The first game had a much better plot and I think that's due to the game kinda closely following a linear path
I abandoned dl2 ultimate edition. Absolute trash game.
Hopefully this game is finished and polished on release because dying light 2 on release was a nightmare

We entered the age where video game DLC are becoming their own games, the same thing just happened with assassin’s Creed and it was actually pretty good, not great, but it was a start
it means it took place 13 years after dying light 1, if we can fairly assume he got captured after events on the country side and disappeared without a trace, dying light 2 takes places in 2036 and dying light 1 takes place in 2015. i had to comment it because heard many people mixing it.

"Originally started as a DLC for Diying Light 2" Is giving off massive Dead Island Riptide vibes. Because that was also supposed to be a DLC for Dead Island but became it's own game. This isn't the first time they did this.
Aiden Caldwell confirmed to return as well. With that in mind I think we will play as Kyle crane and then as we take out all the military guys, only one to possibly stop us is Aiden Caldwell. Epic boss fight

I think the term is Night Hunter. A different type of Volatile.
@@hellcat1401 a Night Hunter is an evolved Volatile, not the type that Kyle Crane turns into, he'll be like The Mother but he probably has the same evolutionary traits

The new area is said to be a former tourist location with a dwindling survivor population and a ever increasing infected population.
Wait if the canonical ending for DL1:TF was him turning into a nightstalker, how is he human?
Does this mean the other ending is canon now or did the one company that created the virus somehow cure him of being a volatile?
By the summary of the DLC, yes. He was locked and tested on for years, it seems one of the side effects was giving him his human form back, but still being able to transform into an volatile or other type of infected, the monster at the start of the trailer seems to be Kyle if you take into account all the information.

I hope this game is same vibe like Dying light 1 i see that on my algorithm, i see zombies not coming to you but calm dying light 1 vs dying light 2 , fix this on the beast, on DL1 zombie come to you when near, but in DL2 not coming only calm, take not this, and add more human enemy too sometime boring only zombie, add more unique safe zone different place like on DL1 and DL the following, add river or beach for swimming maybe combat on the sea that has zombies can swim idk maybe unique zombies and has a good resources drop there need to be picked not on mission but roaming, some safezone is has a live person on it to make alive moment, dont cut please just add more content dont cut dont just add add more and if not suited makes sure that suit for the game you know because if cut content it will not be a good game, or just dont add if that not suit for the lore its okay i just recommend love dying light
