My one and only Zippo, I have a 1987 Brass Pipe Lighter identical. Currently being repaired broken hinge pin, I miss it, When I get it back I'm going to give it a Dremel polish up.
Careful with that drop test. PETZ (People for the Ethical Treatment of Zippos) might put you on their watch list...lol You also have to watch out for PETCB too!
Fuckig PETZ... They are always up my arse too!! Get this; they smashed my car window last week in the Walmart parking lot saying the car was over 100° inside and my lil zippo would bake to death with all that heat. Argggg bastards!
I just discovered these things existed like last week. I would love to get one of these, I absolutely hate the way matches and regular lighters blow out at the slightest hint of a breeze.
Interesting 'drop test' - Its not too often do I drop my burning zippo.... although I have dropped mine lots of times closed/extinguished leaving its finish pretty dinged up over the years. What I would much rather see is how the pipe addition holds up in a wind test. The main claim to fame is the zippo's ability to function even in windy conditions a traditional lighter would struggle in. I wonder if the pipe-style cut outs reduces its ability to function in winds like its original/stock counterpart. Seeing that the chimney plays a large part in its ability to withstand and function in wind, I'm wondering how much of that functionality was lost by cutting two big holes in the chimney for the pipe layout. That being said, this is clearly targeted for pipe use and not so much a traditional windproof zippo so I don't see it being a dealbreaker if you're in that market..... but at the same time, who wants their weed to taste like naptha/lighter fluid??? If you pay gooooood money for high end herb, I would think you would want to retain that pungent beautiful oder of all-natural reefer, but that's just my 2-cents :)
*Doesn't want to touch zippos with bare hands, conducts drop tests*
Yeah wtf lmao
Instant thumbs up for that Star Trek zippo!
It's the one I keep on my desk...24/7 =)
Right? First thing I noticed!

+saltyshellback Cow Bells were removed from the 'Protected' list in 2009 =)
Glad they came back from the brink of extinction...we can thank the benefits of climate change for that!

Not seen a Zippo pipe lighter before... very cool :-)
LOL If i droped my lighter, I would want it to go out ASAP.
Watch 'Criminal Minds' season 4 episode "Bloodline" . It's a Zippo drop test. =))
Man you find the good ones.
why would you do a drop test?
Mike Ehrmantraut why not? Don't you wonder if your lighter will keep the house warm even if it falls off the table?
Lol
Blake839 keyword “scare”
Because no one else does it=)
@@giadamino mind ur business. Someone else's spending isn't your concern lol.

The fuel taints the flavour though. Same with cigars.
As long as u use zippo fuel its such as a week fuel that the flavour disappears basically instantly

A Pipe Zippo will be extinguished in the wind.....I've done Wind Tests on both...The regular chimney always stays lit =)
Just use hemp wick.
Genius design. Can be used for cigars/cigarettes as well, so why not be the standard?
The pipe insert is not windproof =)
.
@@Tardisius Damn zippos are fancy
Az a pipa,meg a kesztyű szégyen!
Problem is that fuel evaporate so fast out of zippo.. so you need to buy butan insert
I kinda wished i knew about that when i was a pothead
Imagine using Zippo and masterpiece in the same sentence.
Imagine not understanding why.
Very interesting video ❗💯🔥👍
And now for a round of golf!!! With 2 gloves!
This needs more cow be-... oh wait...
Every Zippo was made in Bradford County PA home of Zippo go Birds Philly Philly
Except for some that were made in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada -- the Zippo company used to have a plant there.
Wow
Designed for bong hits :)
Where did you get the Star Trek zippo?
I got it from Amazon in October of 2013 for $35. It's hard to find today=)
Dammit I just bought 2 zippos for smoking a bong and now I see this fuck
I find the regular zippo works best for bong hitsjust tilt the bong and zippo. That's my opinion. I have both inserts.
Not for tobaccos pipes.it will ruin the experience.( oil residue all over your mouth).took me 2 days to recover.otherwise good old classic.
Moar cowbell
I dont quite agree with your mathematics there broad 😂😂
Jamie Wilson half of my tests show it stays lit during a drop.... follow that by saying "it's probably going to go out when you drop it"
Plz dilawari sri lanka plz ❤❤❤
Wouldn't you shit if you dropped it the first time and it just broke into pieces?
I have over 600 Zippos ...most have been drop tested..and none have fallen apart yet =)
