Ian I do the 10 thousand steps a day challenge it takes me about an hour ( I am in my 50’s ) walking is brilliant excercise then again running up and down after your young bairns will keep you fit😁ian .

Get a vlogging camera and rhode mic and your quality goes up bring in even more punters! But as you say dont put yourself under pressure to make vids.
