Ian I do the 10 thousand steps a day challenge it takes me about an hour ( I am in my 50’s ) walking is brilliant excercise then again running up and down after your young bairns will keep you fit😁ian .

Respect ma man, a used to go to the ark after college, uftt a good few years ago , Good place for a a game of pool, it's good walking in the rain , a useley go jogging about 4 in the morning love it,rain, wind, snow, you feel great after it, all the greats done it, tyson, Ali , God bless ma man. 🙏
