Hi Ian. Every time I watch one of your vids I keep getting flashbacks to my past. I'm a McDonald..went to Smithy about 10 years before you..and as Charlie said @8 minutes I lived round the corner from the family..21 Croon st above Hurrels bar. My memory is getting a bit foggy but some things are still as sharp as a 20 year old. Charliesou ..Roystonhill facing the canal ...I swam in it 60 odd years ago...and survived.
