Omega Quintet is one big parody of Idol groups and Idol culture in Japan, it's what the story revolves around, and it's where the humour comes from but underneath you'll find a really complex JRPG.

I bough it for 1.49, I gave it a chance for the pieces, because is the first time I play a Japanese game that looks as simple and low budget as this one. I usual play AAA JRPGs and AAA everything.
I freaking love this game 😍 I’ve been playing for two days and I already have 15 hours. This even made me buy Fairy Fencer for 3.49.
I believe playing Tokyo Mirage Sessions got me used to long dialogues and just watching the character as standing and talking all the time. That kind of presentation is a stable genre in Japan right? Visually this delivering was way more minimalistic than TMS but I’m enjoying it the same.

Hahaha, I have been waiting and waiting for a comment like this on this series, believe it or not you are the first in like 30 episodes.
Couldnt get myself to finish this... It was just so off. The biggest issue I had with it is how little it tells you, not just tutorial wise but what is important and what isnt, the amount of farming for side quests is insane and if you decide to skip something you may find yourself stuck eventually because you dont have high enough level of some ability, not to mention unable to reach true endings if you miss..well anything, this imo is the worst Compile Heart game i played.

I might too old but I'll say this: I need a sequel, or re-maaster. Despite I dedicated fully this game that I played their sadomasochist dlc, I felt I wanted to play more.
I really wanted a crossover with Neptunia, but since the virtual stars got released, it may not unfortunately happen :(.
At start I disliked it, but the more I played, the more addicted got, playing both PS4 and Steam. And in my opinion, I don't know why people over-bashed this game. I may understand their dislike, but some people reviewed WITHOUT playing it. Is really plain stupid.
I am still fan of Neptunia, but this game's OST kills them, I wish they released a full album of their osts.

I really didn't like the story in this game. The text seems to drag on and on and on. Could of just been me. Granted i put 60 hours in the game. I don't think i will play it again though.

I'm sorry but I considered this game dog shit. Navigating menus and the way the story is presented just looked boring to me. no way was this worth $60 at launch lol
Definitely not worth $60, but I've seen it as low as $15 AUD (about $10 USD) and I think it's worth that, the game isn't for everyone though, it's kind of like how I quite enjoy political satire but none of my friends do because they know nothing about politics haha.
