These rituals must be performed in complete isolation with strict rules and preparation to fully harness and absorb the spirit's energy. Trying to channel her energy through strict Kundalini techniques might block your ability to connect because you’re imposing a structure that doesn’t resonate with her essence. Everyone keeps telling me to work on kundelini to develop my astral senses. I've tried to astral project which is also going nowhere. That's actually a good place to start because it means you’re aware of where your blocks are. :)) Meditation and astral projection can be frustrating when your mind won’t quiet down, but don’t focus on "shutting up" your thoughts. Acknowledge them and let them pass through. People recommending Kundalini may not fully understand your situation. The idea that everyone must follow a rigid, structured practice to access higher states of consciousness simply doesn’t hold up. Spirituality is deeply personal and varies from person to person. What works for one may not work at all for another.
