Seems to be some discussion about the price mentioned in the video. The price mentioned is the MSRP of the vehicle from the factory and retail on the package . Since rebates and the need to move the inventory can change I usually won't mention the final price or internet price. Please see the current inventory here: www.long-mcarthur.com/sidewinder.html. Don't forget that the truck comes with the Roush Supercharger including warranty on the package from Long McArthur and Roush and free shipping to you from Salina, Kansas. Thank You.
I love the height and wheel combo. Not overdone but looks aggressive.
Finally, someone is building standard cab short bed F-150 beast! That is freaking beautiful!
I'd go with the race red and chrome bumpers though. Also, a rear sliding window. Those are so rare on standard cabs these days.
Good job, guys. If only I could go massively indept for a pickup truck.
I'll just stick with my '08 standard cab longboy and keep working on her.
You guys do great work. Keep it up!
Agreed! Bright red is sweet.
I just added a 2” leveling kit, the raptor grille, and the raptor wheels & tires to my 2008 regular cab F-150 after having watched this. Looks like an entirely different truck.
Did you need to do any major mods to get the 35s in there and still have full travel?
@@kellyfontes7757 For the front I just bought a new set of front struts that came pre-assembled with a 2.5” leveling disc in the top of them. After I installed them, nothing else was required on the front other than a front end alignment. 2.5” put the front a little higher than level though, so I ordered 3” rear axle blocks to replace the factory blocks and longer U bolts to install them with. That left the rear with just enough rake so that when I pull a trailer or carry something in the bed, it sits level.
Short bed, standard cab. Hells yes.
Really like the regular cab. So tired of seeing all these 4 door trucks. Could you guys do a truck like this and bring back the NITE package?
F150'S look so good in regular cab. Some of the other brands, not so much
@@Jeremy_810 - True...regular cab and short bed looks sharp!
i love my supercab...leaves the full bed but has backseats with plenty of room.
@@earl3496 - I have a 2004 F-150 SC and agree. I probably wouldn't buy a regular cab because of the lack of seats and space...but I still think a nice short bed regular cab with nice wheels and tires makes for a sweet ride. Unfortunately, function won out over form which is why I have a SC just like you. Don't get me wrong...I love my truck but in my opinion, a regular cab short bed edges it out in my mind.
And we need another manual trans V8 truck. I don't even care who makes it. If Dodge Chevy or Ford make a V8 manual trans 1500 ever again I'm buying it.
Love regular cab short beds
I custom ordered mine from ford 4x4 reg cab rear locking diff tow package and eco boost ,then added 4 inch lift rci skidplates and 35s it's my hunting truck and we take it everywhere I put it together including truck purchase for under $40,000 spedo recalibrated it gets 22mpg
And pigs fly
Nice truck, it looks good as a regular cab short bed . A little more lift, a little more upgraded interior and an aftermarket winch bumper and it would be awesome.
Wow. That truck is hot. Holy crap!
I like what ya'll are doing and are filling the gaps where the factory falls short. The little shortbed V8 with a blower ought to scoot pretty good and a nice alternative to a Mustang GT. It fits in a garage, probably hauls the hay real good, goes off road, is 4WD ( I assume, with rear locker too). I'd swap the carpet for rubber mat & add Sync 3 head unit , a bed liner and a sweet sounding dual exhaust. I hope you sell a bunch!
Robert DeMilo he clearly said rear limited slip
@@JeepCherokeeful He probably did but you know sometimes people get distracted and I didn't rewind.
Commenting from Canada, really enjoying the work your dealership offers. I'm going to base my own F-150 Reg Cab build off of this.
love this truck and regular cabs
that's a trail beast in single cab
Nice looking truck.
Heres an idea...off road truck camper package with beefed up suspension to handle extra weight of slide in color matched graphics truck camper as an option. Awesome trucks and videos by the way.
Truck looks like you are the CEO of the company. Aggressive but classy 👍🏼🔥.
I’ll buy it used. Thanks
This truck is awesome. Are you doing this for 2022-2023?
Not sure if we can do the grille but anything else can be put on it.
Supercharger intake but no exhaust ?????
56,000 for an XL regular cab... You better love it, you own it for years to come or take a major loss.
Raymond Racca That’s MSRP. Doesn’t include all the usual rebates ect
The "Internet Price" is 49K...still a major rip off for minor modifications to a $40650 MSRP base truck you likely wouldn't pay more than 35K for.
Raymond: I agree it's a ridiculous amount for an XL reg cab short box (even if there are rebates not factored into the price). However, ANY vehicle you buy today will leave you with a major loss on your hands when you come to sell it. That's how planned obsolescence works.
A 2014 F150 w 5.0 and 4wd I looked at a month or so ago (low miles) was listed for $12k. New, that truck would have been mid 30s or maybe more.
@@ShmuelWeintraub
Planned obsolescence works?
I believe the pricing mentioned is “list”. I’m sure it could be negotiated like any other vehicle purchase. No dealer is going to give you discount price in a video.
Good way to use left over wheels and tires!
$58,000.00 plus the $15000.00 option supercharger? Youd really would have smacked ur head hard to purchase this.
Way overpriced for a 150 !
Turbo Diesel-Wagon it really is overpriced.
@@vojnikjna30 funny how when you Go to trade them in they don't want to give you anything for them....BUT they'll turn around and sell them for ridiculous price
Turbo-True...but if you carry out your due diligence, you could actually check their website where you will find this exact truck listing in their inventory for just $49k. www.long-mcarthur.com/new-Salina-2020-Ford-F+150-Sidewinder-1FTMF1E53LFA79806 That is actually a good price for a vehicle like this with a 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty if you like the look.
@falchulk - They have other XL's with a 5.0 on their website right now for $33k...but those are 2wd. A 4wd would be around 35k. So, less than what he said but more than what you said.
@falchulk -Agreed...the $33k I quoted was the dealer price...not sticker. True...never pay sticker.
I got the same wheels form a brand new raptor for 1000 bucks
2 inch lift from Amazon for 30 bucks
The grille for 150.00
And rear fox shocks for 300 bcks
The alignment is not necessary but you can get it for 100 bucks or less
So for 2k or less you can get all of that without paying over 5k! That's a robbery its literally more expensive than the tremor package
Can i get that truck in a manual shift transmission?
If the Bronco works out then maybe Ford might give the mammal transmission to the rest of the lineup. I hope
No sir you can't. Which is why I still have my 06 Dakota 4.7 with a 6 speed manual. Still waiting for any manufacturer to come out with another V8 manual trans pickup.
Great looking truck
This is awesome. I prefer the single cab and love your package upgrades. What is the price point on this. I'm tempted to trade my Toyota
I have that color F150 in 2x4. I love it!
Offer a standard cab with raptor suspension components and the 5.0 combined with a blower and you won’t be able to keep up with orders. The amount of trucks you would sell to just the Southern California market would be insane. Super cool truck tho.
Please keep the reg. cab videos coming!
Good looking truck
awesome truck, I wanted a regular cab/short bed ihere in Ft Worth * got the under powered 3.3L engine... so wish I'd seen this I would've got the 5.0 & 4X4
Dang, this is rad. I love it.
What is the height of this truck to the top of the cab? I’m trying to figure out if it’ll fit in my garage door opening.
What's the wheel and tire sizes on this truck? It looks like it has larger tires!
I’d be interested if it had a 5.0 V8 - couldn’t sit through this whole thing. Did he said there’s a V8 available?
Obviously, you weren't paying attention. He said that it has a 5.0L Coyote V8 engine with a Roush Supercharger.
How much for the grill?
really like my 2019 Reg Cab with the V6 has plenty of get up and go, but I hate the bench seat setup with that stupid center head rest! I took the head rest off but now I'm hating the lower console compartment below the center jump seat. Hate it so much that I'm considering checking with the dealer for another set of seat options with a center console. That setup is just a stupid afterthought on Ford's part Who wants to lift up that lower seat to access the storage compartment to get to something? just a stupid idea there all the way around.
were the Raptor tires shaved to prevent rubbing? cuz my 35s rub on my f150 with leveling kit AND much larger raptor fenders! with a small amt of tweaking they no longer rub on the fenders but still rub and both ends of the turning radius on sway bar i think?
No, the tires weren't shaved. I think they are actually 34.5" tires, not sure if that amount would make the difference or not.
looks like a beast
I would love to have this truck!
Doesn't look very leveled to me.
Leveling kits are purely for aesthetics only and is a waste of money. Literally provides no functionality to the vehicle at all.
@@Sig721Tau
False. My dad's 2015 Ram dragged the front bumper cowling on the way into his friends cabin stock, we added a 2" level kit to the front and now it makes it in to the cabin without touching or dragging the front once.
Exactly. Loved the look of the truck and thought “ the only thing I would change is putting a leveling kit on it so it didn’t look like a stink bug leaning forward going down the street”. Then he said “we added a leveling kit”. I think they actually forgot to do it on that truck, there is no way a two inch lift on the front would still have that truck leaning forward like it is. If so, it must have been 6 inches lower in front to start.
@@Sig721Tau I agree, they are mostly for esthetics. Because who wants a truck that looks like a stink bug going down the road. All trucks should be leveled and adjust the headlights so their correct after the kit is installed. People with the nose dragging have other issues and a basic lift would solve that.
@@jeffbren2151 they raised the truck 2” front & back
So, it still has the same rake.
Leveling.?.No -> Raised.?. Yes
super cool.
My theory is that they take those wheels and tires off of new Raptors that they’ve upgraded with custom wheels and tires and charged customers several grand for, then they charge the customers buying this truck full price for the upgraded new Raptor wheels and tires. They get the wheels and tires free and then charge a ton for them. That’s just a theory of course.🤔
I miss when you could easily get a short bed single cab pickup for a decent price thats not a work truck..
Why does Ford keep using Yamaha names on their products. Raptor? Sidewinder?
This Would be cool if i could add it to my 04 fx4
How much would that truck be without the Sidewinder package? I want a 2019 F150 with a Short Bed. Two Wheel Drive, Manual windows. Automatic Trans. I want just a plane truck. Cheapest as possible. Can you give me a price?
If you search autotrader.com You can type in the info you want on a truck and see what dealers all over the country are selling the truck for. Use that as an overall example and compare it to a local dealers price :)
Thomas Tommy you can find that in some places. But you can’t go to a dealership that is near a wealthy area. The poorer the community you are shopping in, the more likely you are to find that w/t you are looking for. But like I said if you go to a wealthy neighborhood they will pretend those trucks don’t exist. They’ll pretend the truck can’t even be ordered that way. But technically you can order the truck you are looking for from any Ford Chevy or ram dealership.
Go to the Ford website, select the model, and then select build. You can customize it any way you like. That will give you MSRP. Most dealers have good discounts especially for the base models. I've purchases several new vehicles in my life and, on average, paid about $7k less than window sticker MSRP. Hopefully this will get you in the ballpark price for what you're looking for. Once you build it on the Ford website, you can choose to search local dealers (you pick how many miles away to search) and it will show you all that are close to what you've built. Good luck!
@@kregadeth5562 Thank you for replying to my post. Where in Maryland or Delaware or Pennsaynval can I find a dealer in the poor areas? If you can give me any info. I will be grateful. My address is eltona1964@gmail.com
Very nice
$70k for a 4x4 single cab semi stripped truck with a super charger? If you guys get that kind of money for this truck, your salesmen are special.
So needlessly expensive compared to a supercab Raptor. And no rear locker, silly. Excellent recipe to blow some cash!
If you get one in 4WD, you can get it with 3:73 electronic locker. They can build these on any truck...just order the one you want and it will be great. Also, the one in this video is on their website right now for $49k...so it's way cheaper than a Raptor. Our local dealer gets full MSRP for the Raptors they sell.
@@dewrus2153 scab raptor base in my area 47k. Everyone that wanted the 3.5tt has already bought one. I'd say it's more of a buyer's market now.
@@davidryder5082 - You could very well be correct. The area really changes the demand. I live in northern Virginia and Raptors are still being sold as fast as the dealers get them. In my opinion, Ford should offer a regular cab Raptor with a nice V-8 again. I'll keep my fingers crossed!

He who does not reply you sound like you must be a blast to hang around with real life of the party kinda guy.........
Nice.
Are those 33" or 35" tires? I'm guessing 33's because I heard to fit 35's you have to remove some structure that affects the crash protection.
I think that only applies for aftermarket wheels. These raptor wheels have a much different offset.
So, you think those are 35's?
@@David-rx2to - I would guess those are 35's from looking at them. I have 33" BFG KO2's on my 2004 F-150 and these look bigger (hard to tell for sure on a video). My 33's easily clear on my factory ride height. I can fit 35's on mine with a 2" front leveling kit...but I just never did it yet.
@Dewy Russ I've watched some other videos here on YT and I think you can only fit 35's with some extensive trimming and the removal of something called a "crash bar" in front of your tire...this is with a mild lift....which compromises the crash worthiness of your truck. Do they make 34's?
@@David-rx2to -You could be correct...my 2004 doesn't have the crash-protection "crash bar" that the new trucks have. Yes...they certainly make many sizes. In a 17", you could get 185/75-17's and be at 34". Tirerack.com has good search tools you can use to check sizes. When you find a tire in a size you might want, just click on the "specs" tab and it shows you all the dimensions of the tires. Hope this helps!
Is there a waiting list?
At this point we could put this package on a current in stock F-150 but if you wanted it to your specifications it might take 4 months to get it in.
Good Lord..how about a complete basic truck for $5895? Keep all the electronic crap...and put a stick in it. Never happen..everyone wants glitter and gizmos so we get Iphones on wheels..
