Greg, once again; another engaging, penetrating and valuable discussion featuring Andreas. I learn so much and discover how misinformed I am with regards to this complex area. Far more content then my little brain can absorb in one viewing. So, I'll definitely be replaying this one multiple times. Loved your questions and many thanks for allowing Andreas to speak uninterrupted and for remaining out of the way. I look forward to the next follow-up and your next segment as they are always a real treat. Take care...
It is fantastic to have a channel I can come to and learn about cutting-edge information like this. Thanks so much for these highly educational and fascinating interviews!
Thank you Greg to bring once more Mr. Koch to the audiophile community. In my DSD collection, DSD128 is presented most often, I go for DSD256 in case of the special recording. If we are going ro have label such as MoFi making DSD128/256 available for download, that would be awesome. I am trying to avoid to get SACD. This gives DSD64, so minimum. Hope labels such as MoFi will start to make hiDSD available to customers.
I have the lumin x1 which has an optical input for this streamer dac. I think it operates extremely good and does a great job with music from the 70s, the most amazing era for music. 200 years from now they will be studying these 10 years. Yeah the earlier years toO.
I'm not the cat to ask... I don't used any digital recorders... You may try talking to Dr. David Robinson, but...I'd be willing to bet he is going to recommend the Playback Designs Pinot ADC - www.playbackdesigns.com/#inline_content_PinotAdc
Mofi needs to let us purchase dsd256 if they want to make more money. After all, it's all about the quality right? Then give us the dsd256 files. Even the dsd128 would suffice.

DSD 256, 512, etc. Thought those were the best. Such an insightful interview.
So very glad you enjoyed this one.
Outstanding !! Thank you Greg and Andreas for informing us so distinctively. Greatly-greatly appreciated.

Hello Scott. I'm so pleased you have found value in the content I'm sharing here. Thank you!
I like how you respect your guest with the larger square.
Hello... Thanks for "getting" why I do it... THEY are the focus of the episode, I'm merely the moderator! 😏

After watching this interview, I'd like to know which dsd recorder would be best to buy. One that is true dsd in and out and no pcm internal crap.
