How to Install PostgreSQL and PgAdmin on Windows || The database cluster initialization failed

PostgreSQL: "The database cluster initialization failed" [SOLVED]

You need to input Postgres database supervisor password (non windows user password) like in 2:42

In the Run dialog box, type out Lusrmgr.msc
or compmgmnt.msc
