Buy what you want. Everyone told me my baby would outgrow everything so fast. She was a tiny peanut and we stayed in 3-6m stuff until she was walking. Every baby is different. Just keep tags on what you can for resale value of so you can gift it without explanation. Those will be great hand me downs.
