Words of the Leaders Justifying the Policy on Exclusion of children of homosexual parents

After the 2015 policy on excluding the children of same sex marriage from baptism or confirmation in the Mormon church, numerous leaders spoke publicly about how the change was the result of direct revelation and consistent with the Gospel. These words take new meaning in light of the announcement today that the policy has been immediately withdrawn 3 years later.
