Hello - why is that your CEG5301X model (I think exact same one as this but without the frother) the instructions within say the smaller cup button is for a stronger espresso and the larger is for a more mild espresso? Are the instructions wrong or correct? Why at the start of the video on this model is it the opposite way round?

Hi! Do you know how to reset the water level. I set it by holding down the coffee button but made it too weak. And I can't reset it now!
How do you get this to work? I've pressed the power button but only the hot water button lights up. When I press that the machine is making noises but nothing is coming out. Is there support available?

HELLO BEKO????? Trying to get an answer to a problem that is NOT in the manual and NOT on your support site and I am about to throw this thing in the bin and never buy BEKO again. The machine CONSTANTLY only has the hot water function available unless we do multiple restarts of the machine. Now I am trying to descale and it constantly starts the descale andthen halfway through the HOT WATER FUNCTION light comes on and I can do nothing but turn it off. I have a large axe and I am about to use it. Yes it's cleaned regularly, yes I have wiped the water valve, yes I have taken out the grinder and cleaned inside the machine, yes it has beans, yes it has water. I cannot find an answer to this issue and it has been happening sporadically for a year.
