Love reef and stream beach. Went back again for NYE this year. Managed to get the stream at Xmas a few years back and the Paj did the track easy peasy.
If ur heading goldfields way check out the woodlines track to cave hill then burra rock into coolgardie. Different way to coolgardie other then obligatory holland track.
Jokers tunnel around Paynes Find to see what the old time miners got up to, digging a whole through a hillside back then was something. Paynes Find battery to watch how to get gold from rocks if it’s still operating.
Hey guys, Nice vid again… You are legends… whatever you get served on drinks you get it down… ok ? How about Chinese Maotai ???? 52% and up. That’s elevator snaps 😅😅😅 Cheers
How far is it from reef to fosters off road? I got told by a few people there isn't a way, heading reef at easter and would love to head off road to dillon/fosters when wind picks up!!!
Cam i really liked the fridge set up and the isuzu back cabin. Is ot retro fitted? . Keen to understand more about the kit - perfect for fishing over night etc. Does this set up work on Non Isuzu 4*4s ? Looks bloody brilliant for off road. 👍
I've had a few stretchers, this Kulkyne one has been the best of the lot. It sinks a little in the middle, but is very firm and comfortable (and I'm not the lightest bloke!)
Yeah it has a hard life in my car, but I don't have a winch anymore (weight issues with the van in tow). Alternator only puts out 90a, and I have a 40a charger in the canopy as well as a 24v 30a charger in the caravan. It just puts too much load on the alternator and the cranking battery runs down too low. Both DC chargers CAN be throttled down, but really the best long term solution is to stick a bigger alternator in the Dmax - just havnt gotten around to it yet!
Cam, You should look into buying an Insta x360 camera That would boost your vid’s enormous and you don‘t need to run in front of a 4WD This little cameras are amazing with the software. Cheers
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll have to check it out. I've looked at 360 cameras previously, but wasn't a big fan of the distorted/fish eye image. They've no doubt come a long way since then!
Great episode Cam. So easy to get lost in that dune system. But so worth it, when you make Stream Beach. Fresh water coming out of the hills. Great mates, good meals and drinks. Name it on the car infront, when you don't get up😂😂. Cheers Mark...
Southern Ocean not Indian Ocean. The Indian is back up around the corner from Augusta on the West Coast. Not a big deal unless your in a boat & lost. 😜😂😂😉
So nice to see quality WA content. You've gotta love that saviour of wa fishing don't you - the humble but tasty herring. Here's a tip for cooking and delicious. Fillet, skin and debone 1 kg of herring, chuck in a shallow pan then slop over a tin of tomato soup with lashings of black pepper. Bake for 20 mins, then gutz. Heaven on earth.
Hey guys if you’re out at Paynes Find maybe try Davyhurst lots of old dams out there from the 1930s I worked out there in the mine for years lots of cool stuff to find. Loving the videos of my old stomping ground now living in Croatia in Istria not so much 4wd tracks here and fishing not as good 👍
Got down to Stream beach over Christmas, was great. Needed a second attempt to get up one section, just so many woops and ruts. Heavy Hilux and no lockers but all good in the end. Worth the trip down there.
Great episode. Awesome scenery. Definitely a trip you wanna do with a couple vehicles, not by yourself. Stream beach is one of our favourites, even though we've been there only once. Definitely will be going back one day.
I would be good if you would say on your videos when cooking what watts your induction cooker is on and approx how many amps it used for each meal then it would show real world info. Interested to see what it takes to cook bacon & eggs and also your fish meal and other dishes.
Hi Cam, Another quality video. I’m guessing Stalling in sand following the lead cars was caused by following closely and when yr mate slowed on the crest in caused you to lose momentum. It happened to me at Fraser. Similar thing concentrating on cameras etc. lol Travel safely Out There Touring
@@WildTouring If you get a chance have a look at my video bogged at ngkala rocks. Same scenario followed mate to close and he for some unknown reason he stopped and it then turned shit from there. Lol. I could laugh later at debrief drinks. Travel safely Out There Touring
I love it Josh! It's heavy (stretcher is steel) and bulky. But really good quality, comfortable and roomy. I also like that the swag bag is a lot bigger than the swag itself, so I have no dramaas leaving sleeping bag and pillow in it. I've never owned a crashpad so can't really comment ont hem, but I'd buy another Kulkyne if I was in the market for a new swag.
🤦🏼♀️that scratching on the car was sending shivers….😂 but I guess you couldn’t really reverse out??😅 I can’t imagine many people would make it there. It was remote and stunning!
Good grief how did they get that old beddy out there? I've always enjoyed the channel but I think this is the best series so far. Cocktail hour is very inspiring, never heard of most of the stuff you guys drink but i'll probably give some of it a go LOL
Great trip Cam. Good company and quality content. I first went into that Reef/Foster area and stayed at the Offshore Angling Club hut back in the '80's. In a 1600cc Subaru with no low range, would you believe?
Looks like a mint trip guys, Leon's shorty is looking awesome! I'll be using some of those discount codes to get my new car up to speed :) Miss you guys
Thanks for the vid! Not just jealous of the journey you had, but also jealous you have a wife that still lets you have boys trips despite having kiddos at home 😅
Hey cam , I just got back to Perth from my stay up at gnaraloo station. Had a heap of fun up there , bloody hot and a long drive but worth it , I had a ball. Highly recommend you try get up there you'll love it.
Love watching u guys
Cheers mate!
Good to see the old crew back again Cam 👍
Another cracking episode 👍🏻👍🏻 .

How do you find the stretchers with the swag, do you sink in the middle?
I've had a few stretchers, this Kulkyne one has been the best of the lot. It sinks a little in the middle, but is very firm and comfortable (and I'm not the lightest bloke!)
Did you find out why your car battery did not hold charge.... jump packs are great. But be aware. No crank battery. = no winch. . Great vid bud.👍

Great vid. That "running in front of them" footage when exiting the beach was very cool viewing. Chers, dd
I’m pretty sure that Bus is named Pricilla… queen of the desert.

Cam. What is the size and name of your stretcher as I need one which will take a proper real size single mattress.thanks. Jenny

Haha yes good pickup! Admittedly I'm not the best skipper.... 😂😂
Cam thanks for the video 👍👍👍
No worries mate! Have a great weekend.
You make me want a 4wd. There's so much of WA I'm missing out on.
Highly recommend it!! Opens up a heaps of adventure!
Another great trip series Cam. Keep em coming mate.
One of the best coast runs around this one cam. What a crew too. Makes all the difference rolling with a tight crew. Xoxo
Peanut butter whiskey......
I see it at my liquor store. Makes me wonder 🤔. What was your mate's honest opinion? 🤠
As usual Cam, a great vid to watch. You boys sure find the good spots. Lookin forward to the next trip you do...👍
Cheers mate!
Great series Cam, really enjoyed this one. South Coast is magic and some great tracks too!

That track is heaps of fun, bit tricky before the hilux had lockers when we did it! Such an awesome spot.
Sure is! Already looking forward to getting back down that way!
Awesome cam
Thanks Adam! Appreciate the support mate!
@Wild Touring you definitely have mine
A down to earth family experiencing life and being humble about it
Great trip Cam. The sand hills look to be a lot of fun and the shorty patrol is awesome.
Cheers Joel! Heaps of fun! And the shorty is an awesome old rig!
Dosent show how steep it is? Bro looked like you where about to send an isuzu into orbit
Good stuff guys.

How do the kulkyne stretcher swags compare to the crashpad? Would you buy it again?
I love it Josh! It's heavy (stretcher is steel) and bulky. But really good quality, comfortable and roomy. I also like that the swag bag is a lot bigger than the swag itself, so I have no dramaas leaving sleeping bag and pillow in it.
I've never owned a crashpad so can't really comment ont hem, but I'd buy another Kulkyne if I was in the market for a new swag.
Cheers for the reply. I've wanted a stretcher for the longest time now
How do you find the mesh? Does it keep the bugs out?
Good video Cam. Just wondering ...you got a mouse under your ute, do you ever get spiders in your swag?
Haha cheers Whit-tash. No spiders in the swag, but I did have a few bees in there the other week!
Great trip guys, I would love to do a trip like this
Interesting video Cam i was wandering do you have a gvm upgrade to your dmax if so what rate springs thanks all the best Ron
Cheers Ron, yes I have a Pedders GVM upgrade. They weighed it and selected a spring rate to suit. I cant recall what they used exactly!
@@WildTouring thanks for that cam you have had no trouble with it have you
Great series Cam & crew. Looks picturesque and a spot to keep in mind for a long weekend. Cheers 🍺
Cam, how skinny were the tracks down there? plenty of pin stripes? would love to do this trip but don’t fancy destroying my brand new lc300..
😂😂
Cam, just a great trip with the boys. Enjoyed it.
Cheers Marty!
Iv been to stream beach, the track in from Bremer bay was awesome. Is that rod holder still cemented into the boulders on the northern end ?
Its a stunning stretch of coast! I didn't notice the rod holder.
🤦🏼♀️that scratching on the car was sending shivers….😂 but I guess you couldn’t really reverse out??😅
I can’t imagine many people would make it there. It was remote and stunning!

Cheers Chris, haha yeah they are a good lot - even if I can't understand them half the time!
I love his LFC black drink tumbler/coffee mug. Love to know where he got it from
@@chrisspies8123 he said he got it in Liverpool on his last visit, but reckons they’ll probably sell them on eBay too!
Well done Cam
Great video with really good honest content
Thankyou for taking the time to share

Cheers Ray
Cheers Ray, appreciate the kind words mate!
Nice vid, Cam. What brand panel protection is on the 200?
Cheers mate! Gary has got Bush Barriers

A little dusty in that intro perhaps, Cam? 😅😅
Great trip Cam. Good company and quality content. I first went into that Reef/Foster area and stayed at the Offshore Angling Club hut back in the '80's. In a 1600cc Subaru with no low range, would you believe?
Thanks mate! Was one of the better trips I've done recently, really enjoyed it!
Haha that wave been good fun in the old suby!
@@WildTouring Was't quite as epic as your trip but got me onto reef beach and a couple of salmon.
Thanks guys. How lucky were you getting the fish. Would love to be there ❤enjoyed it very much
