    Well, in today’s video, I am going to get into the details of our latest trip to Flagstaff, Arizona so you can get an inside look at what it’s really like.
    Plus, I am going to discuss some of the lessons I personally took from the retreat so you can benefit from them too.
    This is really a unique inside look at our retreats and while I know most of you won’t be able to attend one of our retreats, we’re still eager to help you learn and get value from everything we do.

    Interesting. I always thought Arizona has a brutal heat.

      Most of AZ does, but Flagstaff is up in the mountains. We had a heat wave while we were there, but high temps were only 90 and most of the runs were in the low 60s. No humidity though. Average temps for the summer are highs in the mid 80s and lows in the low 50s.
