Fabrication doesn't qualify as teaching.
In the Catholic Church, just before the Gospel is read, we stand and the priest or deacon who is about to read it says, "The Gospel according to John" (or whoever the one for that day was written by). Then we all say, " Glory to You, O Lord" while tracing a cross with our thumbs on our foreheads, lips and over our hearts while silently praying, "May Your words be on my mind, my lips and in my heart. Those of who communicate in sign language also trace it on on hands. Interpreting the whole mass I have spread the Gospel that way any times over many years. May we all spread it with our lives. Instead of a mikvah we dip our fingers in blessed water and make the sign of the cross on entering and leaving church. Some people di it at home, too.
Thank you Brandon for reminding me to trust in God for my health needs. I have been complaining that my doctor isn’t listening to me. I now realize that I’m talking to the wrong person. I have prayed for healing, but also have been going to the doctor. I was raised to go to the doctor, not God for healing. Now I will only go to my Father. Thank you for reminding me.

I can't express how overwhelming your words are. Your ability to explain the word is phenomenal and I would say groundbreaking. It's not that there aren't gifted pastors out there in the different churches, but clearly you have been gifted for such a time as this. The Chosen has come across many peoples paths, and your ability to shema has brought about a healing to so many people. A path for so many hearts. The ability to find a love that so many thought didn't exist. The love of our Savior. And as the scripture says, we love because He first loved us. But His love is so evident in you, for how else would you be able to express His word in such a way that gathers in his children. I pray for His hand of protection over you and your family. The Lord's mission for you I'm sure comes at great sacrifice, and I'm grateful that your heart belongs to the Lord, and that you sacrifice willingly. You've brought clarity to my confusion, and you've brought hope to my weariness. And I know that that is through our Lord Jesus, and you are simply his vessel. But I rejoice that such a voice exists, dare I say a voice in the wilderness. And while that might be a bold claim, or brazen comparison, one I'm sure that you don't make yourself. But just as The Chosen and it's boldness has affected so many, surely the Lord has used you to help gather in his sheep. And I'm so grateful that I've been able to come across the same path.

I can imagine people having bi-polar back then. What would be the outcome of an unruly child, head aches, hyper sexuality, manic and depressed.
You should clarify in season two Jesus named his 12 apostles, not his disciples. Others were disciples, but not apostles and I think that should be clarified. for instance, Mark and Luke we’re not apostles. They were disciples and they wrote two of the gospels so people do get confused and you need to clarify so they’re not confused.

Jesus was 12 yrs old and ofcourse knows the entire Bible when he was left behind with the teachers in the Temple and able to answer or communicate with the rabbis and teachers.

Please pray and ask God to give you a revelation behind the meaning of her death. This is a show to bring people to Jesus Christ. They are not going to have every single detail in this show from the Bible. This is a television show that is doing their absolute best to show what Jesus and His disciples may have dealt with, real life situations. Also, this is television, Dallas is creating scenarios we all have experienced in real life. She was added as an extra yes but we should remember the purpose behind this show. There was a lesson to get from this scene. How death happens unexpectedly in our lives, how things happen in our lives we don't understand and question God. But through it all God has a plan. ❤

In the Nazarene Church during regular services, he had everyone turned to the person on their right and wash their feet. Ladies with pantyhose on were getting their feet washed. 🙏 🕊️

Look at our own lives. If we were to write a book that included all that we said, did, and thought, the book would not be able to be picked up, let alone, shared with others. There are many other books, besides the Bible, that reflect cultural and historical facts that are important for clarification and add much to help us understand further during biblical times. When you do a research project, how many books do you use or how many websites do you access in order to understand the subject matter? 😀
That's not what this is doing.
The admonition to not add to or subtract from the book is at end of the book of Revelation and pertains only to that one book. The Bible is actually a library of books and because we have them all bound together its easy to forget that. The Chosen isn't charging the actual Bible. Some of the action and dialog logically gives a background or conclusion to an event that is mentioned in the Bible They weave that togetherverywell, I think. Sometimes stories are added that are purely fiction and, like you I find myself wishing another Bible story had been chosen instead. But I respect their artistic creativity because overall, they're doing a marvelous job. I hope this helps.
