550-600 g of wheat flour (5 cups).
1 tablespoon sugar (1 tablespoon).
25 g fresh yeast (1 oz).
125 ml warmmilk (1/2 cup).125 ml warm water (1/2 cup).
20 ml vegetable oil (2 tablespoons).
5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon).
2 eggs + 1 yolk.
180g raisins (1 cup).
Knead the dough and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.Shape the bread. Lubricate with egg yolk and milk.Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 35-40 minutes.
