Another great video boys. Wish we could watch one every night at camp. Makes us feel like we are walking right with you. Haven’t seen a Hal Blood video all season but sure do enjoy yours !
190" - 200" estimated??? Oh my, you obviously measure them differently in Maine than in the rest of the lower 48! Congratulations on a beautiful buck!!
150in buck in ME for sure you shoot it!!!! Anywhere in the lower 48 that’s a shooter. Who cares what it weighs!!!! Easier dragging the lighter they are. Nobody else in this country care what a deer weighs. I guided and hunted in Iowa for 10yrs do being a Mainer I was curious what the deer weighed out there so I’d weigh a few on scales I brought. A mature 5yr old buck was always 185-220lbs dressed. However you’d get a freak now and again that would go 240-250 and I saw one from our Missouri camp that pegged scale at 300lbs. Those guys could have care less and ragged on me for weighing some deer. Again that’s hell of a buck all the way around CONGRATS from a fellow ME hunter!!!!!
Awesome deer, congratulations - some of these trolls make me shake my head… unless you hunt northern Maine, you wouldn’t understand. Anyways, how much he end up weighing? Great buck!
Its a New England thing to care so much about what they wheigh. I get it but it seems like that is the most important thing. If I shot a 200 pound spike I would still be disappointed. I like the combo.
Great video and buck! Congrats!
Great job Aaron! Excellent camera work as well documenting the hunt. Keep it up guys!

They are referring to the field dressed weight, not antler inches.
Pounds. Inches are for decoration.
