- Stripping of Descemet's Membrane (DM) from donor cornea.
Here, I'm scoring the peripheral Descemet's membrane for 360 degrees with a Sinskey hook then removing any peripheral tags.
A partial trephination is performed and the central DM is then peeled off ready for transplantation.
