High mineral content can be an issue ,esp calcium . I do spring water but I do cook /shower ect with the tap I wish i could do.a water service w/ a dispenser stand but it's $$$ ...
We have a well that draws from an aquifer. The waters pure and sweet but still filter the drinking part.
I think it's a bit pricey but it looks like a good system. Thank you for telling us how long the filters last and how much they cost. In the long run your saving money.
