If I use it to boost my fm transmitter signals how much output watts will I get?

depends on ur input signal power plus amplifier 20db gain , but it is about 8 db gain at fm freq and it has 1db compression at 100mw as max , so for fm and depending on ur signal power input , about 1 to 5 mw max
