Merveilleux . Très intéressant définitivement un beau défi pour la saison hivernales . Merci Belle réussite Very Nice well done Thanks Ps' I'll be watching
Great turtles, looks like alot of fun. I did fabricate one for my Mom but, the pieces were all mig. welded and filed. I'll try a few, thank you for the demo and to the camera lady.
@@letsgo6500 Have you tried hot cutting everything? I have made 6 thus far and 2 have been hot cut entirely, no power tools, and I feel like if I spent more time at it they could look as good as yours. I like hot cutting the little bit of material on the belly because the way I do it it leaves a triangle of material in the center which you can fuller down and I feel like potentially could add more detail
Yeah I have hotcut them. Just takes more time and skill. I wanted it to be as easy as possible to make. I have found that some customers like them traditionally forged.. if that's the right term.. others don't mind modern tools. It's a good topic for sure. Customers, skill, time, tools.. I love seeing a piece someone made and seeing chisel marks ,punched holes, even a different surface texture/color that coal does. There is a beauty in just using what tools you have.. a good hot cut in the right hands can make a awesome turtle. This is a topic I think of alot.. I am glad you like the turtles. Using different processes cutting ,chisel, will make the turtles you build all your own.
New subscriber. Loved the video and had a blast making one of these little guys. I made a video of me making one for my channel, hope you don't mind, thanks for sharing the process.
Thank you. They are one of my favorites to make. Please do make em share the process.. I hoped it would get people forging something different and trying something new. I love em my shop looks like a pond turtles everywhere. I will have to check out your page. Thank you.
A frog is in the works. Great idea. I have seen some others but they are pretty complicated. Trying to figure out a one piece less complicated frog. Will be fun project. Thank you
These will be perfect to make as gifts for people.

I like your videos Man
You like the Bob Ross of forging animals
That's awesome. Thank you
Just a thought cutting out the legs might go easy by drilling a hole near the belly first (the width of the gap). Yor systems are genius!
Had a guy comment he was going to machine some blocks out.. I am sure drilling and milling would work good.
Great job keep posting videos
Thank you
