Wow! Great design! Can you possibly have a sample plan that has provision for 3 bedrooms? (Master, kid and office)
1st floor: 3.5 x 6
2nd floor: 3.5 x 7.5 with tiny balcony
3rd floor: Roof deck and laundry

I found the music disturbing. There are some stunning features like the marble table & TV feature wall. The brass window frames, shower & earth brown bunk beds seemed out of place. Master bedroom colour scheme was very nice. Also I would of liked an external door in the fridge nook for access to the outside laundry if there was one?
