Overall a challenging and resourceful indoor training tool, Yes, music will help for continuity and tone of a exercise video. Found the cueing disconcerting at first. Alert sound is required for two occasions. First cueing for next zone. Secondly, when the new zone/gear is changed, either up or down. Visually, on the long segments it would help to maintain concentration if the camera man pass the lead rider. The road is now cleared for the indoor participant. Fifteen seconds works. Then the lead rider takes up his position again. Agreed, it's a sleight of hand. Yet it conjures up a bit of fresh air and freedom of an open road.
Hello, I am from Portugal and tried it yesterday. I am starting a sprint triathlon training and I was looking for hill climbing. Here it was raining a lot, so I found your video a very good way to train. Ty very much. I didn't mind the music because I like to use my own.
Really like the video and the information about cadence that I don't see elsewhere. I was doing other training video's and I realize I had the cadence too high at around 90.
music not needed on hills, bit confusing to begin with as guidance to cadence conflicting on left side and right but think i got hang of it. i'm a competing regular cyclist so these targeted videos are really helpful, would like to see more, Paul S

The video is well the worth the effort, technical features - good zones, cadence, and video.
Rock on with your Cycling selves!
Thankyou
Hope you can make more like this
Great video..I often cycle in the Yorkshire Dales in the summer months. I will root this route out and do it for real.

Excellent video, really helps with these cold winters in France. More of the same please 🚵🏻♂️

A few more of these would help with the self isolation.
Is there anymore like this that you could recommend?

Enjoyed that. Nice to be in England for a change, especially in God's Own County, rather than on the Continent.
Thankyou
Ok so how do you get full version with music,?
