    Love the (outside of the box) thinking, everyone is promoting same projects that are already peaked at price except for property turkey, you guys are educating your audience and help them to think for themselves rather than (as you said) being a sheep among the heard.
    Hats off to you property turkey 🎩

    Sorry i am not a hater. Just did the math whit what ur saying in regards ur example nr 1
    December 2018 1$ shows me rate of 5.29 so i come up whit purchase price 302.000$ aswell as what u got offerd lets say 24may 2022 15mil lira i come at 930.000 dollars.
    Still sounds great return but point is that numbers are off whit whats been said especially purchase price.
    As a person watching what should i make out of this inaccuracy???
    Correct me if i am wrong pls

      You are indeed correct. I made a mistake in calculation. And the editor didn’t correct it. Now will add captions to correct it. Thanks for heads up. (Alaattin)

      If you sell within 5 years you pay capital gain tax, if you keep it more than 5 years you do not

    Nice video! The burning question is: how do we as foreign investors gain access to insights into these "hidden" high potential projects in Istanbul?

      Great question Oscar.
      The key is to find people who have the qualification and the experience to guide you to these opportunities but don't forget to do your homework before deciding to go ahead.

    Is profit/money in residential or commercial property in Istanbul?

    • @user-ov2tm2un1r
      @user-ov2tm2un1r  2 года назад +1

      Great question Patrio
      It depends on several questions you have to ask:
      where, when, and with whom you worked, so that you reach the end result, which is profit.

    This proves the economy is moving, or who would make a huge profit in a dead economy? Makes sense. İt's all about using your brain and analyzing the market. Türkiye has the population, the resources, and the potentials.

    The whole world market was growing in double digits due to inflation so it would be a long term play now.
    There are no quick gainers for the next few years. Cameron is right, it would be appreciation but single digit.

    What do you see the future of real estate gains of Turkey stop selling to foreign investors?

    • @user-ov2tm2un1r
      @user-ov2tm2un1r  2 года назад

      Great question Stefano!
      As long as there is a hard currency being injected into Turkey's economy through the real estate market and investment, our experts do not expect such a scenario to happen!

    Guys this is normal in countries with unstable currency (inflation).
    if you sell what you have you have to add to it and buy another property ...Good luck

    All this reminds me of Ireland in 2006.....literally EVERYONE was buying property.....ultimately it ended in a massive crash which wiped out the whole country for a decade....I wonder if the same will happen in Turkey?

    • @Elshadcan
      @Elshadcan 2 года назад +1

      Probably no because of Istanbul’s population and there is supply and demand, Turkey’s location and foreign investors.

    *Sorry but Mr. Cameron's ideas are NEVER simple and straight forward. Everything he sums up is so ambiguous and cloudy that you could never take a simple straight answer. Very ironic to the program name, his talks is never straight.*

    < I totally agree with what you are saying..I started in crypto in August 2017 ,and I bought in.I was up 5x by December only to watch that disappear quickly and then watch the original investment go down by about 85% during the ensuing 4 year bear market. I took the opportunity to accumulate more over the last 4 years which was hard to do and at the same time a smart thing to do. I wish I had bought more. I am in profit for now but I am planning on using my experience and what i have learnt from Jim Brin .have learned from you and other Youtubrs especially my mentorJim Brin. who taught me how to make trade and increase my crypto from 2btc to 13btc that no one really knows what is going to happen in the market and I know you are only saying what you think will happen based on the past. It is yours and my opinion so people should make their own investment choices based on their own research…….
