Some fans were actually taking about this some months ago...Tony and Kerry both expressed how nervous they get when doing a love scene...that day Kerry was very nervous and Tony whispered to her that she was doing fine. I think he made her comfortable enough that she smiled. No matter the reason, I absolutely love them and the love scene!!
They are very consummate good actors. It was not easy but they delivered and we fell in love with them. Shonda writes very hot steamy romantic stuff. Tony said that scene of telephone sex he was so embarrassed by it even during the table read, that he turned red and could not believe it. And it felt awkward in the scene with the crew on set….. As always the case…

Extremely believable. I caught this show just because I wanted some noise in the house as I cooked my son dinner but now I'm hooked! I've never looked at him this way but the longing in his eyes. Oh to have someone look at me that way. Now after watching Livy and Fitz - I want to be in love too! LOL
They have this way of making you feel the longing they have for one another! With Olivia he can be himself! And the fact that he can't be happy the way he wants, with the person he wants because he's the President make him very sad and not able to think straight!

I wish it was because Olivia got pregnant and it all became a little too real for her, he was was in love with her, whispering things in her ear, making love to her, holding her, making her feel like he had a plan to leave his wife, etc until she visits him a little early to tell him the news she's pregnant and spots him playing in the back yard with his wife, daughter and son. Then it hits her, she can't have this life, she leaves him, aborts the baby or sends the baby for adoption,even better.
