Aside from the cucumber, Matty was SAVAGE with what he chose for Tom to try 😂
You can find Durian Fruit at an Asian grocery store, maybe in the frozen fruit section. The aroma can be quite something, and many Hotels and Buses and Trains prohibit it in some countries because of the aroma. That said, there are people who love this fruit, and I've tried it, and it's not horrible, Many many varieties, so, they aren't all equal, some are better then others.
Fresh of course is the best, but you most likely will never see fresh in the UK. or even US.

Never been to London, but you're going to find durian in the frozen aisle at a Vietnamese or Thai grocery store. SOME Chinese grocery stores might carry it but the fruit is a favorite among Thai and Viet folks. The aroma is very strong -- sweet and pungent at the same time. The flavor is equally as strong but it has a sweet creaminess to it. Either one of you can smell it before you even see it. Hotels in Thailand ban customers from bringing it back to their rooms because you can smell it through the walls!

It’s Kai from Malaysia here 👋 Durian fruit is known as the king of fruits here in Asia, in Southeast Asia at least. Two things to know about it : One, it’s prickly; two, it’s stinky! But it is well-loved by many in Asia. It is a controversial one but you should try it out to see if you like it!

I did some creeping and there's a dessert shop in Chinatown in London that makes durian ice cream. That might be a good alternative. It's called Guo C 100 or, I think, Big C 100. Cheers
