And after that it was a time loop of the same thing happening. However, Eliana changed the timeline because she took the mark from the prince.
the mad Queen told her how to get the mark by biting his finger off like the Queen did to the boys father and she became Queen so now double blue mark has all the power which the boy wanted from her.

The Mad Queen didn't steal the other's mark, whereas Eliana did. And the guards don't take orders from "no-marks" and so she couldn't be arrested. Hope this helps 😁

You don’t necessarily have to do anything to them and they’ll hold I’ll feelings towards you just because. She was probably jealous of her long before the Tommy situation happened back in first grade. The jealous towards her probably occurred on first sight. She was just looking for ANY and every reason she had to validate why she didn’t like her. Sad, but this occurs more common than people will admit.
