In this video, I run a training session which is 10 x 4 minutes with 45 seconds of rest between each interval.
I start with the pick drill for a quick warm-up to ensure your technique is established correctly.
In the video I discuss,
1) Make sure that EVERY MOVEMENT you are making is helping your boat or wheel move faster.
2) Drills to help with upper body preparation on the recovery.
3) How to apply power on the drive.
