Great question - I'm glad you realize that effects bouyancy ! In part 1 of this vid o we show how to test your weight in the pool with a push-off from the side of the pool 🤙
@@androopr Good to hear that brother in Christ 😀👍 I’m still new to this freediving. Scared myself silly doing a 2 day AIDA 1 & 2 down in Cornwall (UK) last summer. They said I did good for a total beginner, the others were experienced scuba divers so they did much better generally. I live inland near Birmingham, uk. Trying to find somewhere local where they’ll let me practice (once I’ve got some proper freediving fins and a better belt).
Part 1 - discussion on neckweight importance
Part 2 - discusses materials needed
Part 3 - actual assembly takes place
Great explanation of why a neck weight is needed, and nice and easy-to-follow instructions.

Glad to hear you found this useful!!
Everyone has different height, weight and wetsuit thickness. How should a person work out what weight to have for their neck weight?

What's the size of the buckle?
I forget this one's exact size because I gave it to a friend, but I use 1.5 inch or 2 inch usually
@@androopr thank you
No problem !
