    I returned the i5-10400 which is very good but the i3-12100 is better for daily office and browser use. Single core speed is allways better for this. And the igpu is much better, uhd730 uses only 10% memory watching HD or 4k content on RUclips. The uhd630 30%! If you are building a new PC "ALLWAYS" buy the newest CPU. Need more cores go 12400 and not 11400. Very simple. I am No Gamer of course)

    I also have that same cpu and asus h610 motherboard . I tried to build my first pc on my own but while installing the cpu i heard the pins breaking like cracking sound. Is that normal? I was aligned the cpu perfectly with the triangle on the motherboard and checked more than once before closing the lid and it was well seated. Then opened it again to cross check and everything looks fine on the motherboard and cpu then again installed the cpu, this time i didn't heard that cracking sound. Why i heard that freaking sound on the first time? Im afraid and worried till my gtx 1050 comes. I think i messed up with my build 😔

    The fact Intel stuck with push pins for the cooler makes me want to throw myself off a cliff. One time you're trying to clean the PC and one of the legs break, leaving the cooler uneven. God dang it.
    Also, I wanted to watch this to see how to apply thermal paste on these new cpus but you just used the preapplied cooler paste. That sucks.

    • @taterlysaladman9377
      @taterlysaladman9377 4 месяца назад

      Do not remove the fan for cleaning. Use a can of air and blow the dust out, that is all you need. Once you take the cooler off, you need to remove the old paste and put new, and do it in a dust free environment, so the entire computer case would need to be clean first, otherwise, you get dust/dirt in the paste.
